Catch-all party post for Tenten! She's got so much money these days that she just rented the closest thing to an onsen-and-ryokan she could find. I'll be throwing up different areas and turning comments off, so feel free to thread amongst yourselves. It's a party post, you guys know how to do the thing. Also feel free to assume that Tenten would have made arrangements around March 3rd, and worked to try to get flyers to Fly people in if necessary.

ALSO IT'S GOING TO END UP THUNDERSTORMING (thanks, weather); everyone is invited to sleep over. There will be a thread for inside shenanigans, too.

[Jane is just going to find herself a nice spot to take a soak, and she finally had a chance to wear this cute bathing suit she found. She's allowing her Chansey and Bisharp to enjoy the water as well.

[Mean? Zen snickers, adjusting her super cool shades and flashing Jade a thumbs-up. He totally had it coming, okay? This was her moment.

In the mean time, Riku breaches the water, his face wrinkled up like a prune as he sqits out some of the water he swallowed on the way down.]

...Ugh. How much of that did you see?

[ just gonna duck his head. look sad and dejected. maybe even kick at the floor a little with a toe... ]

[Riku winces. Leave it to Sora to twist a knife in his heart. Darn it, he should be immune to those kicked puppy looks, but they nail him every time.

Is it really that big a deal? I don't see why you're so desperate for me to do this.

I dunno? Cause singing's not really so bad?

[It's the laughter that catches her attention as she shakes the water out of her eyes. It doesn't take much for her to put two and two together, and she lets out a yell.]

Sora!

[That sure is her sweeping both arms left-to-right in the water to cause a miniature tidal wave toward him.]

You can just say, "Yeah, I think you look good," and that's the end of it!

[ PUTTING HIS HANDS UP TO PROTECT HIS FACE. but nope. still laughing...

and eventually splashing more water. it's now a full out splash fight. ]

I guess I'm just used to it! I mean it, this is what we used for most everything back home.

[Good luck, Riku! She's rooting for you! (And ready to snatch that dumpling with her own chopsticks if it starts to fall.)]

Yeah, I've noticed.

[She doesn't quite look at Sakura as she wraps her arms around her knees, glancing absently out the window to the storm outside.]

I've made a lot of friends here, though. If I ever go home, I'm going to miss them a lot. It's kinda different, since I know I'm going to get to see all you guys in my future, but...

[She shrugs and smiles.]

Anyway, that's sad talk for a birthday party, isn't it? Let's talk about something else.

[Whoosh, she's no longer behind the folding screen! Taking advantage of the time while John was grabbing the pillow, Tenten ducks around the room to one of the support columns scattered strategically throughout the whole space.

Another giggle, and she hurls yet another pillow at him with her trademark pinpoint accuracy.]

'Course not!

[And she's laughing with him now as she starts splashing more water at him, aided by her Marill's enthusiastic efforts. It doesn't take long before she's shouting over the sound of the water,]

But we should probably stop before the staff get mad.

...You really want to hear me that bad, huh?

[Oh, Sora. At this point, he's almost considering it... but still, he's teetering on the fence. It still feels a touch awkward for him.]
