Catch-all party post for Tenten! She's got so much money these days that she just rented the closest thing to an onsen-and-ryokan she could find. I'll be throwing up different areas and turning comments off, so feel free to thread amongst yourselves. It's a party post, you guys know how to do the thing. Also feel free to assume that Tenten would have made arrangements around March 3rd, and worked to try to get flyers to Fly people in if necessary.

ALSO IT'S GOING TO END UP THUNDERSTORMING (thanks, weather); everyone is invited to sleep over. There will be a thread for inside shenanigans, too.

[He sucks in a deep breath and cringes.]

Just because I'm used to it doesn't mean I like it, Sora. There's a pretty huge difference.

[Annnd cue eyeroll.]

[ just gonna duck his head. look sad and dejected. maybe even kick at the floor a little with a toe... ]

[Riku winces. Leave it to Sora to twist a knife in his heart. Darn it, he should be immune to those kicked puppy looks, but they nail him every time.

Is it really that big a deal? I don't see why you're so desperate for me to do this.

I dunno? Cause singing's not really so bad?

[ it's different this time. because this is for FUN, unlike the caroling. ]

[Oh, Sora. At this point, he's almost considering it... but still, he's teetering on the fence. It still feels a touch awkward for him.]

[He shrugs, smiling faintly.]

I mean, c'mon. There's a hotsprings here. What's not to like?

[ just gonna cross arms and fix Riku with a look. ]

[He knows that look. He knows it all too well, and given Sora's stubborn streak, he's already got a hunch how this will end...

So, he's casting a weary glance at that machine again. Oh brother.]

[ seriously. Sora had meant that. Riku doesn't have to. ]

[But it's what he wants, isn't it? And by acting so reluctant, he's probably only upset Sora. Maybe even disappointed him.

So, while a scowl remains plastered to Riku's face, and while he does groan, he trudges over toward the karaoke machine and starts flipping through the selection...

Eventually he stumbles upon this. And guess what? He actually sings it.

But by the time the song's over, he's covering his face with a hand, half expecting laughter. There's a reason he doesn't sing much...]

[ Sora just watches. eventually he's gonna get a little grin on his face. there's no laughing, though. no teasing. just a stupid, dorky grin.

and when it's all done? and Riku sits down? well the guy might be rewarded with a hug.

also a kiss on the cheek. ]

[Okay, so when Sora pulled Riku into a hug, he was just about ready to crack some kinda joke. Something about Sora's kicked puppy look pushing him to make a dork of himself...

But see, that was before Sora kissed him. Now? Heat's surging to his cheeks, and he's giving a stupid, wide eyed stare.

Uh... well, okay, maybe he should've expected this. But what's he supposed to do? Say something? Do something?

...Ahem.]

Guess you win this round.

[Heh... heh. Man, that sounded lame. Here, he'll, uh. Return that hug now.]

[ yes, good. hug Sora back. because yeah, sure... his cheeks are a little pink. how could they not be from doing something like that? this is still pretty new for them both.

but Riku also knows Sora. jumps in sort of headfirst.

just take a second to look though. Sora's wearing a pretty smug grin. because he caught Riku off guard. ]

Guess I did win, huh?

[Except... heh. A smirk crawls across his face. Okay, so, this is probably gonna be stupid. He's not even sure he's got the chops to do it, but, well, it's not like he can let Sora keep the upper hand for long, soooo...

Sora better think fast because he's getting a peck on the cheek as a little taste of his own medicine. Take that.]

[ thanks, Riku. in the end you might win this after all. because now Sora just sits there, quiet. ]
