That certainly would be something pretty scary, though, wouldn't it..? A Psychic-type Pokemon with that kind of power...I've heard of some of the really smart ones like Twilight's Alakazam being able to, y'know, talk to people with their minds, but, never one that could actually take it a step further and pretend to be someone you know.
