I know that prideful expression anywhere. If you really want to battle, I'm not going to hold back just because we're friends.

Heeh.. [Giving him a light shove, Rin jogs back a few steps and grins widely.]

Like holding back is what I'd ask! When did you get all big on me, jeez! [Throwing his pokeball out now...... did you expect a Wailmer? IT'S A DAMN WHALE HOPE THERE'S ROOM IN THE STREET FOR THIS.]

[ He ducks when it first comes out, looking up with a curious look and a sigh. HE'S NOT EVEN SURPRISED. ]

When did you catch something that big?

[ Kisumi threw out his pokemon onto the street, ut could it really be seen past this gigantic whale? ]

[He's actually leaning to see what Kisumi threw out, shrugging his shoulders lightly with both hands up.]

I had him when I got here, that makes him my starter I guess. He's already totally strong though! [WHY ARE YOU SIGHING BUDDY HAHAHAH]

[ Kisumi's Kirlia is standing en pointe there before Wailmer, completely over shadowed. Kisumi himself stretches his arms up over his head and shakes his hands out. ]

We'll have to check that, wont we? You've got size on your side for once!

Hey, what do you mean by for once! I was taller than you when we last measured! Right now totally can't count!

[Sticking his tongue out, then pointing ahead at that Kirlia, Rin doesn't even look to the Wailmer before calling out.] Hydro pump! [Full throttle ahoy!]

Savor it now because it doesn't last. Dodge with Double team!

[ He's watching wailmer even if Rin isn't. Dodging hydro pump would be easier than dodging the entire whale, even if it still did hit somewhat. Thank the stars he didn't go for a tackle. ]

Fire back with Magical Leaf and see how much he likes it!

[Rin does let out a little startled nooo, and duck back behind the whale as it takes the brunt of the attack; that large lump has lots of HP, even if the attack is super effective.]

Baroooo!! [The pokemon rocks with the leaves, then bounces once in place. The force of just bouncing makes Rin stumble back a bit further, but jump right back up and run back to his place next to the whale.]

Nice shot! Okay, we're not going easy anymore, rollout!

[Wailmer baroos again and puffs out just a bit more like it's bulk could get any bigger, then starts rolling quickly in place before charging at Kirlia.]
