[With no other Pokemon of her own out here--just her and Lucky seemed to have made the trip back--Lightning is left to watch the swords give chase. Considering how fast Lucky's bolting, Firedogs seem to have become cometdogs, so this might take a while. She sighs, giving Cecil an apologetic look.]

Sorry. She has that effect on other Pokemon.

[That effect being getting them charging into danger and adventure. She whistles once, trying to call Lucky back, but her firedog keeps running. Nope not slowing down keep running, Flare!!]

It's alright; I've no doubt that Flare needed very little prompting, and besides they've not seen each other for some time. But I do wish I'd brought faster Pokémon along...

[Because the Honedges are trying, they really are, but their speed stat kinda sucks. And Flare is quite happy to listen to his sister's advice. They are free! Free to seek out leads and info and maybe lunch!]

[Odin could keep up. So could Snow. But neither her horse or swordbird are here, so Lightning's left to whistle again...and she may as well be whistling into the void because HAHAHAHA Lucky's not coming back. Lunch with brother sounds great! They'll be back with leads, too!]

You might have to get them out of a Center. Those three are never going to catch up.

[Just calling it like she sees it. And what she sees is three slow metal swords going after fast firedogs. Even if they catch up, that's not a good matchup. Oh dear.]

[More like minus-infinity straight into a black hole. Flare has clearly never seen his sister eat; if there's leftovers, it's only because she passed out in her food. But that's for later, once they've left the swords in the dust!

If you've still got something with Fly, that'll probably be our best chance. Something that's not a Skarmory.

They have plenty of personality flaws of their own, but luckily rebelliousness is not one of them. I'll not be long.
