Do you seriously think the same thing wouldn't happen if weird people started showing up suddenly in Vale?
If some stranger ran up to you on the streets back home and asked you questions about where they were, or why we have monsters called Grimm, and why we use Dust to fight them, what kind of answers would you have?
[This is assuming, Roman, that in that hypothetical scenario, you're not the cause of the whole thing.
She smirks a little.]
Go on. Use your imagination and tell me what the average citizen in Vale would answer, hmm?
[She realizes she's asking a lot here: 1) for Roman to actually put himself in someone else's shoes for 5 seconds and 2) assuming he actually has an imagination.]

Never miiind, I get it.
[And no, if he had something to do with this, he would have made sure he didn't end up on the wrong end of the space time continuum.]
But you have to agree that none of this makes any sense. If this happens a lot, you'd think somebody would've looked into why it's happening by now.

I'm sure somebody has. Or is. It's just a matter of finding them.
[Or just looking into the problem on one's own. Honestly, that's her dual goal for right now anyway.]

And that may take a while.
[At least he doesn't have to stay in a hotel because- naturally- he's a Rocket. But still, ugh.]

nerdspeople who don't want to go and talk to people face to face. She'll be keeping an eye on the network but she's not expecting anything too useful to come from it.All the same, she can't help a small lop-sided smile as she lifts her chin up in a prideful way.]
That's fine. I can be patient.
[Can be, anyway. She'd certainly prefer to get answers quickly, but sometimes these things take time. Good things to those who wait and all. Especially if those good things come in the form of a fist to the face of whoever's responsible for kidnapping her.]
