Who: Mitsuzane and whoever runs into him during his freakout.
Where: Goldenrod City
When: February 17th, evening
Summary: It's been building for a while and it's time for Micchy to snap.
Rating: PG-13 for mentions of death and probably swearing and general insanity. Warning for Kamen Rider Gaim spoilers absolutely everywhere, if that matters for you.
Log:
It's been over four months since he arrived here. Four months of dealing with this every single day. Not always the same thing, not always the same times, but he's been trying to distract himself. He's been desperately trying to avoid thinking about the things he's done, the people he's lost, and the world that's been left behind.
He once thought that he'd receive their thanks, but no. Kouta had betrayed him, hadn't he? Or had he? He'd tried to find a way that wouldn't work. And now the only one left was someone who could never lead the world into any sort of good age. Even Mai was gone, off in her new 'role'. A role that he would never get to see fulfilled, never see her return to him…
… He needed a distraction. He could see his brother's figure out of the corner of his eye, which was a clear sign that he needed a break from his thoughts. He headed out to a cafe and gets some coffee, walking in the shadows of the buildings and watching the hail fall. Zawame never had a lot of days like this… rain and snow, but hail like this was rare.
A sudden sound made him turn and glare at the space next to him, and sighed. "Leave me alone." But the figure next to him just smirked, even when people walked right through him. Micchy backed up, flat against the wall, and growled slightly, reaching for his belt. The only thing that made sense was to pull out Yoshiro and Rin. Between the Kadabra and the Absol he could feel like he would be safe from anything psychic-based, even if he knew where this came from. But even after the Pokemon were summoned, looking around in confusion, the apparition stayed.
"I said, leave me alone! You're - you're always following me!" The sharp tone of voice sent a few passerby skittering away, and his Pokemon braced themselves. This would either be really bad or nothing, and it was always hard to tell. Rin looked at Yoshiro, but the Kadabra just made a gesture equivalent to a shrug. Psychic abilities wouldn't help here.
… Meanwhile their trainer was starting to cause a scene, throwing his coffee at an apparently empty space and continuing to yell at it to leave him alone. This wasn't going to end well today, and Yoshiro looked around to try to find someone he could pull over to hopefully help calm his trainer down.

And then there's the burst of light that comes from Pokémon being released from their capsules, and the volume on that person over there, and the...empty space...
Ah.
This isn't exactly something that he's trained to handle, but it isn't outside his field of study, either; what gives him pause is the fact that he recognizes the person having the...episode. That has potential to be interesting, because it's not a good sort of recognition; just the same...
He'll approach after a moment, his demeanor generally calm despite the fact that he's certainly going to be keeping an eye out for anything else being thrown, and he avoids the spot that the guy is yelling at; he glances at the Pokémon for a second, just enough to verify that he's not about to be attacked, though his words aren't addressing the creatures.
"Monsieur, I can't see what you're yelling at, but I'm certain that you can - who is it that's been following you?"
His words, too, are even; just a question, as opposed to anything condemning.

"... Just a phantom."
That's all he is. Just a phantom and an annoyance and something that's not real. It's not the real Takatora, even if it sounds like him. His words would have been different. Wouldn't they?
... He's not sure anymore. Being dead probably changes you.

"...I can try to get it to leave you alone for a while. Or at the very least not leave you alone with it, should you want that."
no subject
"If you can get him to leave me alone I would be... very grateful." His Absol walks closer to him and he pets her head absently as he tries to turn his attention to Tsukiyama.

Even if he's not...entirely sure why it's worth the attempt, in hindsight; it's not something he's going to dwell on for too long, but it's odd that he's here just the same. Maybe he just wants the guy to stop making a scene; maybe it's entirely too close to the Centipede incident in those labs below ground.
It's been a while since he's thought about that; there'd been a lack of lucidity and screaming at things that weren't there back then, too, hadn't there, perceived threats that hadn't existed, not really - and he'd done nothing, and he still can't do anything about it, and...well, apparently we're doing something today because why not. (Because it's decent, and most importantly because Kaneki would probably want him to be decent if he remembered any part of what's still very much alive in the back of Tsukiyama's own mind, maybe.)
"Sit down with me?"

... And he pushes that thought away, because as crazy as he knows he is right now that's just going to make things worse. He knows. He knows that the guilt weighs on him, but - no. He already told himself that he's not going there today.
His Kadabra looks at the empty air and just shakes his head, walking next to Micchy. He shoots the Absol an exasperated look, and she just tosses her head. Hmph. As long as he's effective she doesn't care too much. Or so she'll claim, at least.
"I didn't think there'd be many people out today." Something to talk about. The weather is a safe topic, if a little cliche.

"It has been rather hideous out, hasn't it?" It's a safe topic, yes, and if anything it's a bit of a relief that Micchy is providing one; it's a decent sign, at least. "I'm only out here because I'm forcing myself; someone I know gets very irritated with me if I don't put in at least a good faith effort nowadays, so I'll do this once in a while regardless of how little I feel like it."
He pauses for a moment once they've settled, though; given Micchy's...that earlier, he's not certain it's a good idea, but - "Did you want anything? Coffee or the like?"

"I thought I should at least take a walk. I don't like being cooped up indoors very much, so even if it's terrible out I like walking." This place doesn't seem to be built for people to spend all their time inside anyway. It's a very... outdoors world.
He hesitates for a moment, before nodding. "Tea sounds good. Maybe Greenleaf tea." It's not the same as green tea from home, but it's close enough to be calming.
