doors open like arms

Summary: Meeting up with a friendly face.

Traveling through dark portals? No big deal for Naminé. She's done it so many times before in so many different places. She'd gotten through the whole of Twilight Town that way, after all. So when Riku let them go and she'd run through Axel's portal, she hadn't really thought much about it. Business as usual: Running away from someone who wants to get rid of you. No big deal.
Except this is kind of a big deal. This world is nothing like back--not home, because it's laughable to think that she could ever have a home--where she's from. The feeling is different. And the creatures she's encountered? They never existed, not even in her wildest dreams or imaginations. Not to mention Riku's being here... and Sora and Kairi, too. There's a part of her that hopes they will manage to find her. Another isn't sure she'll know how to act.
At least she has a friendly companion to follow her around. Mini's perched on her shoulder, looking around curiously. One of them has to be curious and social, right? Mini can compensate for what Naminé doesn't have. It's like they're two halves of a whole, something Naminé didn't know she was missing and never thought she'd have.
Right now, though, she's waiting for someone else. Hopefully she'll be able to find her. Naminé's thinking she doesn't have the most impressive presence--what if Lightning passes right by her?
