[It was getting colder the further north they went, and Neku quickly ended up buying a new coat. And making sure Luke actually wore something that DIDN'T show off his belly. It was just that time of year, after all.

They didn't have much further to go until they finally reached the Dragon Cave, but sleeping in a hotel was way better then camping. So after getting settled in it was time to explore the town.]

Hey, any idea what that is?

[Neku pointed to the enclosed rink- from outside it at best looked like a stadium, after all]

[Neku couldn't blame Luke for taking advantage of decent weather to wear something (he considered) more comfortable than a t-shirt. Especially since the weather hadn't been the best lately, even ignoring the direction they were headed. He had also ended up buying a coat, as he'd left the one he bought when he first arrived back at his apartment.

Mahogany was an entirely new city to him, and he was looking in pretty much every direction Neku wasn't and had to turn around to see what Neku was pointing to.]

No idea. Some sort of coliseum? A Gym?

I actually haven't hit the gym here yet. Care if I look inside and see what type they use?

Yeah, go ahead. I'm coming too. I want to see...I've never been to this town before.

[And he's been slacking on his badge quest anyway.]

[Neku nods, heading through the door... and stopping suddenly. This was not what he was expecting.]

...ice gym, maybe?

Ice gym? That means we should be able to challenge it easy enough.

[Luke's following, bumping into Neku when he stops and peering over Neku's shoulder. He has enough literal firepower, at least. Neku seems like he does.]

...Is it a gym? It's got a big pool in it.

Looks like an ice rink. What, you've never seen one before?

No. I've heard of them, but I've never actually seen one.

[He's not equating 'frozen lake/pond' with 'ice rink', though they do look similar.]

What's the point? For the Pokémon?
