Henry watched all this with half sympathy and half morbid facination.

"Do you think it's the end of the world?"

Al looks over at Henry with surprise, then chuckles and shakes his head. "No, not yet at least. If this isn't hasn't been fixed by the end of the month, then it might be on the table."

The owlman nodded quietly. Al had a point. Well, milk in cereal was hopeless for the time being. He gave the boy an awkward wing-pat on his shoulders and turned to hop back to his room.
