Korra wanted to protest, but Asami was right. They couldn't do anything, and it was stupid to stay here in the thick of things if they couldn't even land a single hit on that thing. But there was that part of her that hated to give up in any sense, and hated the idea of backing down still. Even when everything else in her was agreeing that it was the smartest plan.

But Asami especially looked like she really didn't want to be here. That was the deciding factor.

"Okay." Korra nodded. "You're right, let's fall back."
