[he holds up a finger, before fanning the deck of cards out on the table in front of him, faces down, so they're all touching. He takes the edge of one card and gently flips it over, so the entire line of cards flips over as well. Voila! All black cards!

But it doesn't end there. Once again, he takes an end card and uses it to flip the line of cards over, face down, a second time. There's a small pause before he repeats the action, and this time-- they're all red cards!]
