ALKJSDLK RAIN
Who: Ema Skye
Where: Beggining of Route 29
When: 10/11/10
Summary: Okay. So. Ema is staring at the long route ahead of her. ...The future looks bleak.
Rating: T / PG14 ?
Log:
It wasn't as if Ema didn't want to go exploring. She did. She did, in fact, want to go exploring very much. But -- it was raining. It was raining and it looked as if it'd been raining for quite a while now, and the ground was all muddy, and her shoes were probably not impervious to the large quantities of soggy mud that were ahead.
Plus, her lone pokémon was a metal ball with no more than one foot of radius. What if it rusted, or, even worse, what if the little damned thing decided to go on shocking her again? Sure, Ema had been trying to crack it open with a rock, but still -- overreaction much? The woman sighed before leaning against the trunk of a tree.
...
What was it she even had to do, again?
"God damn it," Ema said, leaning her forehead against the tree's trunk.

[She paused, noticing Ema under the tree.]

"What the -- "
And promptly let out a rude shriek.

"..."
Oh right, conversation. Let's see here.
"Do you not like rain?"

"I -- " She paused to think. Did she like rain? Well, she supposed so, just not when she was outside. She liked rain, when she was home, drinking some hot chocolate and munching on snackoos. " -- do I like rain? I don't know. Yes?"

"...No. I just thought I would see what you were doing under this tree."
