Who: [livejournal.com profile] bakaitoukid and YOU [Open!]
Where: Violet City
When: December 7th, late morning/early afternoon
Summary: It's SNOWING. Kaito is outside marveling in the flurries, and any and everyone in Violet is welcome to join him. Action or prose is fine with me, too!
Rating: G for fluffy, white flurries
Log:

The temperature had been slowly plummeting in Johto as the days went by, but until now, there had been no sign of winter weather. Sure, it was cold enough to warrant the purchase of a thick jacket and warm gloves, but the sun had been shining brightly even amidst the chill.

So it came as some surprise when Kaito stepped out of the Violet City inn that afternoon and saw the overcast, gray sky dotted with bits of fluttering white. Already the snow had begun to accumulate on the ground, a light layer of frozen water stretching across the cobbled streets. He stood in the entrance of the inn for a few moments, head tilted back and gloved hands stuffed into the pockets of his jacket, gaze affixed in wonder at the snow flakes descending to the ground. Behind him, Biz the Aipom scurried up his arm and perched himself on his trainer's shoulder, poking his tongue out to catch the flakes of snow in his mouth once he was there

Kaito grinned.

"Happy December, Biz~" he said cheerfully, before he stepped out of the entrance and into the winter weather.

"Kay's one of the people you're travelling with?" Barney asked, conversationally. He would have felt jealous, but he was going to be travelling with Larry soon, and that was going to be awesome.

"Wonder how much snow we're going to get. I'd love to have enough to build a fort."

Bnarey couldn't say he knew the names, but then, he didn't talk to a lot of people on the network. Oh well.

"I'm really glad for that. It's been a long time since I've seen this much snow. Usually in New York you get rain about this time. I'm glad I get to snow suit up!"
