Summary:  While her sisters are handing out chocolates and trolling Luci's boyfriend, Belphe is hard at work.   She has mugged an NPC and is now reselling his pokemon discreetly over the feed.  It seems a young cat girl is interested in one

One of the chapters in the Rocket Handbook had gone into detail on how to use psuedonyms over the pokegear to communicate with fellow Rockets and headquarters without being easily detected, along with a series of code phrases and words that would get the Coordinators' attention.  

Belphegor, however, had found other uses for communicating under a false name.   After she had "relieved" a would-be challenger of two pokeballs this morning,  she was now looking to sell them as quickly as possible in an effort to pad her funds before committing to the journey back to her sisters.   Whoever was browsing the pokemon center PC's message board advertising sales and trades might see the following posted:


Subject:   Ditto for sale (Price is firm)

Message:  I am a retired breeder who no longer has use for some of my younger stock.  It is for this reason I would like to offer this ditto to the public for sale.  It is well-behaved, level 15, and I believe it will serve aspiring trainers (or breeders) well in their endeavors.

I will accept 2000P for it.   Please respond to this message with any questions or interest.

Norn had been wanting to start getting into actually breeding Pokémon, and, well, hopefully making a profit, like breeders, in her mind, did. So when she saw the message about the ditto, she stared at it for a bit, mulling over her options. Dittos tended to be used by Breeders, right...? And it didn't seem all that expensive, maybe...

If she needed, she could ask Gaga for funds, right? Anyway, deciding that, yes, she was indeed interested in this, she began to work on a reply, sending it to this 'bound4ecruteak'.

She had begun to think this was not going to go as she'd planned. If Rocket agents on a routine patrol happened to catch her with valuable pokemon on her person that she hadn't turned over to headquarters, according to the manual, she could end up being no better off than Lucifer and Asmodeus had been.

Had she been wrong? Surely SOMEONE was in need of--

Red eyes flicked to the PC screen as a message appeared in the reply window. The middle sister's mouth was touched with a smile. THERE it was...

Belphegor didn't have to worry, really; Norn was pretty eager enough to get started on Pokémon breeding that she'd be willing to take that Ditto off the middle Stake sister's hands. The fact that the young apprentice was the first one to inquire after the Ditto made Norn even more set on her decision.

... She'd borrowed money from Gaga before, she could borrow some again. And with the eggs she could sell, he'd never notice his money was missing, right?

Red eyes cast to the side, watching as someone passed closely by the PC outlet, relaxing inwardly to see it wasn't someone in rocket regalia. The sooner, the better, really....it didn't concern HER whether the money had been "borrowed" or not.
