Where: Tom's Room at Violet City Inn
When: Early Afternoon
Summary: With Lily's arrival, there's one thing Tom's become rather curious about...
Rating: PG-13?
Log:
Click. Click. Click. Tom's finger taps against the screen of his pokegear as he considers his fellow Hogwarts students in Johto. Two before, and now three, with Lily Evans' arrival.
His finger stills. Lily Evans. A dirty Mudblood, just like the frizzy-haired Granger brat, and yet somehow important to the Wizarding World in the future. Tom scoffs. While the two First Years are generally useless, he doubts they would lie about something like this. And it isn't Lily that has captured his interest, no. From what he's gathered, her fame results solely from her connection to another name that had come up in the First Years' excited ramblings.
Harry Potter.
Tom recognises the surname, of course. The Potters hold significant power amongst the Purebloods, and while the lot of them are useless Gryffindors, Tom can at least respect the prestige their bloodline grants them.
Click. Finally giving in to his curiosity, Tom types out the message for "Ron" and "Hermione":
Then, he sets the pokegear aside to wait.

There is something I would like to discuss with you two. Would you care to meet in my room? Then, he sets the pokegear aside to wait.

He isn't going to respond, because really, he doesn't have much of a clue. Still.
What would Tom be wanting to know? He did seem rather curious at times, but it's not like it was that suspicious.
Finally he gets to the room, and knocks on the door.] Tom? You wanted to see me?
no subject
She came across Ron moments before he knocked, stepping up beside him.]
I'm here as well, Tom. [She couldn't help but be deeply puzzled by what he wanted to talk about. Topic after topic crossed her busy mind, but not once did she expect it to be what she would soon find out.]

Ron. Hermione. I appreciate the two of you responding so quickly. My apologies if I have called you here at an inconvenient time.
no subject
Not really. Not much to do here, actually...'sides train, but I've already gone and done that today.
no subject
Oh, no. Not at all, Tom. It's quite alright. I was simply training, which isn't any trouble to be pulled away from. My Pokemon need breaks, of course.

Make yourself comfortable. [Closing the door behind them, Tom gestures for them to take a seat at the table, where he's set out a jug of orange juice and cups] It should come as no surprise that I had no luck finding pumpkin juice in the nearby mart. [Tom pulls out a chair for himself] Shame.

[He flops down on a chair of his own, and then lays back.]

So, what did you want you ask us?
