It had only been a few days since Shannon had arrived into this world--and she was still quite confused, to say the least. She was never usually one to learn things at a quick pace, being the clumsy servant she was. And this situation wasn't any different.
... No. Even if she wasn't furniture any longer, some things would never change. However... the difference between back then and now is that... she was truly happy.
Still, she was still learning about everything. This world was... so different from the island she had been on for so long.
A familiar cape catches Shannon's eye. It was one of the few times when she had left George's side since they first arrived here. After all, having this much free time wasn't a luxury that had back on the island. ... Yes. She remembered seeing that when Battler and Beatrice had married. The end of the last two tragic days that occurred over and over again. Somehow, he seemed taller in that cape.
She puts a hand to her mouth thoughtfully. ... Ah. What was she hesitating for? Even if this wasn't Rokkenjima, she still felt as if it was necessary to check on him. She approaches him slowly. "Ah--Battler-sama?"
