Who: everyone living in the Breeding Centre House + Breeding Centre workers + any friends of the owners
Where: Goldenrod City - Breeding Centre House
When: all throughout the day
Summary: it's never a calm day at the Breeding Centre House, especially when there are so many people living in it and everyone is so energetic. Therefore, everyone will be forced out to the spacious backyard of the house for the ultimate match of all snowball fights. Plus, karaoking, hot chocolate, human targets, oh my!

Summary: With the help of people all over Johto, Sora, Ven and friends have successfully thrown together the official "that-nightmare-fog-two-months-ago-sucked-so-let's-have-a-festival" festival! Let's also celebrate the Missingno's departure and Johto being back to normal.
