Where: Goldenrod City

Summary: It's finally the day, the day where they finally get to destroy Goldenrod City. Friends turn on each other. Family members begin to doubt one another. Forts are made. Snipers are around. Screams are in the air. This is paintball.

[ In the front of the Breeding Centre of Goldenrod City, there's a small stage placed down. On said stage is one microphone stand and one Souji Seta with his Riolu pawing at him. Pick up, pick upppp. Hold on, audience. ]

Not now, Setanta. I promise later.

[ Whoops, sorry about that. Just having to deal with a shy Pokemon. It's just going back inside the centre to mope until dinner time. So, turning his attention back to the audience, Souji clears his voice. ]

Thanks again for signing up for the game of paintball, guys.

The game is simple: be the last team standing and then be the last person standing in the final round. I've sent out a text to everyone on what team you should be on, but if you've forgotten, I have a chart up here for you to check. [ Pointing his thumb back at a sheet of paper taped to some whiteboard stand. ]

For some teams, due to uneven numbers, we have these four Pikachus that will be playing along... [ At that exact moment, four Pikachus holding paintguns walk up. They look pretty intimidating. All of them are wearing their team colour scarves over their mouths and they look like they're ready to tear someone's face off. One of them has an eye-patch, another is wearing some glasses, and the last one is... is that one smoking a cigar? ] Apparently, they're really good at paintball for some reason. [ Souji is looking like this right now, so he has no idea. ]

[ A-Anyway... ] I've also sent out a list of rules to your gears, but once again, if you've forgotten, check out the stand. Main points are that the use of Pokemon in the game are forbidden except for the four Pikachus here and you can't enter any buildings to get onto the roofs.

So, grab your team colours on the table beside the stand-- [ He points to it. ] --and a paintball gun from the table next to it. All guns must be returned at the end of the game, but if you want to keep it, just find me at the end of the game to pay for it.

Paintball refills are over at this stage as well or at the Pokemon Centre. Those are the only two neutral zones, so you can't shoot others there. There's also refreshments, but don't take too long of a break.

Well, that's enough from me. Grab a gun, goggles or sunglasses, and team colour.

In ten minutes when the clock strikes noon, let the game begin.

[ Saber often took things Too Seriously, especially when combat was involved. Her hair is pulled up as it often is, minus the usual ribbon - in it's place is the handkerchief given to associate herself with her team. Both items were blue, so it wasn't anything too unusual for her.

What is unusual though? The makeshift shield she carries with her. It's no larger than her torso (as per the rules), so it's fairly minuscule. Well, time to get Serious. ]

Nonetheless, he's up for a good game of paintball today, even though he really wishes Rob were here because it's always more fun with him on your team. Still, he secures his goggles—it's been too long!—and moves out, a really cocky grin on his face.]

[Oh man, he's been given a gun and is allowed to shoot people- he is more than ready for this.

He's got the googles on, a shorter, darker scarf round his neck which bears his wristband round it proudly like a gang stripe.

At the moment he's crouched round the back of one of Goldenrod's many buildings, loading his weapon (the mechanics of that taking a few minutes to accomplish) and now is looking at the roofs of the large buildings of Goldenrod.

Sure they weren't allowed to go up there on purpose, but if his Munchlax accidently came out his pokéball accidently and accidently used a move that could get him up there then what was a man to do other than use the oppurtunity?

He'd already been propelled by a metronome induced Hydropump before, why not again? Until he decided however, he kept a lookout for anyone wearing a different colour, readjusting his goggles a little.]

[This was insanity. Lancer barely knew how to work a rifle and definitely didn't know how the hell long-range combat worked--he wasn't goddamned Archer, for crying out loud.]

[But he was one who excelled at surviving. And part of survival was being able to adapt whenever necessary. When defending he was what amounted to an impenetrable wall, and when on the offensive? Gods help whoever was opposing him.]

[Not that you'd be able to tell from looking at him. No, this was not what one would guess to be the face of Culann's Hound. He was just some guy with blue hair taking off and examining a pair of sunglasses.]

I sure as hell didn't come this far just to get eliminated now.

So I guess losing-
