Summary: Tenten turned the Ponyta around after much finagling and managing of friends/resources got the Fly HM and is swooping into Violet City to nab her other big brother/friend person she knows, 17. Before he's dino-bait. :|

No, seriously. All this time to ride from Violet to Olivine, only to find that Lightning had the HM the whole time, and then Joonhee sending Yoonjae... Either way, she was giving the borrowed Xatu a rest, instead coming in low over Violet on Jinwu the Murkrow in an attempt at stealth. Hair back in a ponytail, forehead protector nowhere to be seen, she landed in a deserted street, taking note of the address before grabbing her 'gear to text 17 and let him know just what intersection she was at. If he didn't come meet her, she'd start banging down doors. The gist of the message, once she'd transmitted it over filter?

"That's..." She frowned, giving him another look, this one edging closer to sympathetic. "I had no idea."

"It's no surprise," he spoke bluntly. Sure, he was described a puppet with no strings but that thought alone didn't brought him down. "Come on, it was suppose to be amusing."

"You're really bad at jokes today, then," she tossed as an attempt at humor, sighing lightly. "What did you even do at home?"

"My world?" He had to question it first. He didn't had a home to begin with. "I traveled with my sister and 16," which was true. Even androids and cyborgs need a purpose besides listening to orders. "Before that, my sis and lived with that old geezer with no choice. Luckily, that was taken care of." He grinned lightly as he said that.

"Yeah." She glanced sideways at him, head tilted in curiosity. It was easier to just listen to him instead of thinking about everything that was going on. "What do you mean, taken care of? You don't mean you killed him?"

"I did," he didn't hesitate his answer.

"Did he deserve it?"

"He did. He was going to shut down my sister and me if we didn't obey him."

"So it was to defend yourself and your sister...?" Another glance, then a nod and a tired shrug. "Then you did the right thing, I think."

"If you want to put it that way," 17 shrugged. "We got tired of listening to him. Hmm? He paused as he saw one town coming up.

Was that it? She peered down, urging Jinwu a little lower and whistling to let Feng know to follow. "I'm glad you guys got out okay."

It was too bad other people had different opinions about that. 17 side glanced her after that response and looked back down. He hung on tight as Feng followed. Finally, it looked like they found civilization.

If you asked Tenten, those other people were stupid. She guided Jinwu down, jumping off rather than try to land atop him, and glance toward the (former) android. "You'll be safe here. Just don't be stupid, okay?"

"Look who's talking," 17 mused when he hopped down of Feng. "But thanks for the human sentiment." 17 sighed to himself. Now that Bowswer character is going to think he ran away from his challenge, what a bother.

"You're welcome." She dismounted Jinwu and returned both him and Feng to their balls, drawing another one. What comes out next is a Xatu -- not hers, one on loan from Joonhee. The large psychic bird stared at the former android before turning her gaze on Tenten.

"I'll see you around, maybe," she offered by way of good-bye, then latched onto the Xatu's wing. In a flash, they're both gone, teleported out of the area.

17 stood there and waited for Tenten to depart first before he continued on. Before he could say anything, he watched her disappeared by a blink of an eye. Teleportation looked interesting, but at least the girl finally left. 17 sighed with a slight frown. He shaken his head before he turned his way to town, "stupid human sympathy."
