TO VIOLET
Who: All the Ninja and tagalongs meeting up. (Anyone who just wants to see one of this crew who is in the city is welcome too!)
Where: Violet City
When: Late evening on May 8th.
Summary: Yet another new addition joins the collection of Shinobi.
Rating: PG (can be modified as needed)
Log:
Obito kind of pitied Sakura whenever she got here, if how excited Naruto was was any indicator. The guy was practically vibrating in place. Still, he was admittedly really relieved when he saw Tenten. With the whole vanishing thing Sasuke pulled he'd been kind of... worried.

[He's sincere with that, despite how it conflicted with the more logical side of him that kept saying there had to be more to their appearance here than it seemed. That they should really be back home instead, even if there wasn't much of a home for some of them to return to.
Kushina had said something similar though, that they should enjoy their time here and be grateful that they even had any time at all to be together. While it still felt selfish, not entirely right... he was.]
I'm glad that you, Kushina, and Naruto are here with me too.
...I could do without the music, though.

I tend to mostly tune it out if I'm not actively listening to that. You know you can tell where someone is by that?

I'd noticed it was different between towns. The routes too, what little time we've spent there. I suppose it would be a little more helpful if I recognized more of it though.

[With the shinobi mostly scattered it was difficult to say that they could be rather organized themselves. But with two possible sources of information he hoped any surprises would be kept to a minimum.]
Itachi contacted me when I first arrived. [And dropped the horrible info bomb.] Have you spoken to him recently?

This is my text :D
[Then he cleared it and looked at him expectantly.]

Why.]
I can see why that might not be... preferable.
[cough]

[He doesn't want sparkle text either!]

Yeah so, I'm trying to work out how to fix it.

Any other plans while we're here? Since you don't necessarily need the badge like the others.
[No being a bum on sensei's watch!]
Might not be a bad idea to work for awhile.

You'd think they'd be a little more lenient on the days we're required to work given that we're encouraged to travel. ...Can't say I'm that bothered at the fact I'll have to stay in one place for a week though. Looking forward to it really.

Wait.]
Naruto was arrested?
no subject
He didn't mention? Yeah, he was so gung ho about seeing Sasuke immediately that he... kind of ran out on his job and got arrested.
no subject
[All things considered though, it could have been a lot worse- it wasn't like Naruto had been arrested for doing something completely terrible.]
no subject
Is that good or bad?
no subject
I guess we shouldn't expect anything less from a group of shinobi.
no subject
Yeah... did end up under house arrest for a couple weeks cause of one of Sasuke's close allies though. Was noooot a happy couple weeks. All the tension!

[If he had higher level Pokemon he'd probably be getting into a fair amount of trouble himself. For now though... it was smarter to stay quiet and under the radar.]
I'm surprised being cooped up together didn't end up with more trouble, honestly.
