Obito kind of pitied Sakura whenever she got here, if how excited Naruto was was any indicator. The guy was practically vibrating in place. Still, he was admittedly really relieved when he saw Tenten. With the whole vanishing thing Sasuke pulled he'd been kind of... worried.

Nah I don't think so, I figured when she got here I could like.. go give her a tour or something. Just the two of us.

[Though from what he's heard... memories of this place didn't seem to follow them home.

Didn't mean he wouldn't encourage all three of them to work things through though, while they were here. Maybe some of it would stick with them when they returned, and even if it didn't... it was still important for them to talk.]

Sasuke didn't defect, and he's got Itachi here. You an Mom are here, Team 7 are all together aside from Kaka-sensei..

And it's hard to say who may or may not still turn up here. Didn't you mention Kakashi has a tendency to be late now...?

[He looped an arm around Naruto's shoulders and pulled him in closer, free hand balling into a fist and pressing against his lips. Cough cough. Gotta clear his throat. AHEM.

Daddy's about to make an important announcement.]

Ah Naruto...

Last one in has to make a spinach smoothie and drink it.

The closed fist moved to the top of his son's head, ruffling through his hair in a quick noogie before Minato let him go, laughing loudly as he started running back towards the Inn.]

[He's stood there in HORROR for a second before he realises that Minato's already left.]

Hey, HEY! WAIT UP!!

[SPRINTING NO JUTSU.]

[Even without chakra he was fast, and that one second was more than enough of a head start. One Minato wasn't about to waste by looking back and replying.

FLASH. AHHH AHHHH.

Naruto wasn't that far behind him though and quickly caught up, something he noted with pride. ...But it still didn't stop Minato from flinging the door open when he reached it, skidding inside and spinning around to try and catch his son's arrival.]

Pretty close, huh?

[Naruto arrives a few seconds later, skidding to a half before bending forward to catch his breath.]

Heh, dammit! I've still got a way to go before I catch up to you.

I've got a few years practice on you, that's all.

[No noogies this time- he patted his son's back instead.

Dying hadn't been so hard him though, still got it. Aw yis.]
