[He does kind of look like a little kid with a garlic bulb for a head. Suffice to say, "Garlic" probably isn't the best of names here. So she thinks a minute, wanting to choose a good one.]

Mm. You could call him "Spirit". That's something you both have in common.

[ He lights up at the suggestion, because eeee she's regarding his traits or whatever. To him, it's instantly a perfect name! He grins and turns to alert Spirit to this happening, tapping the top of his head to rouse him from meditation. ]

Alright! You're "Spirit" from now on, okay? Thank Yukina. [ Which earns two nods, one for affirmation and one to Yukina for thanks. Good manners, you know.

And now, ice... fox-cat-dog? Whatever it is. It's adorable. ] And what about you, cutie?

[...Yes. Regarding his traits. That is precisely a thing that she just did that definitely has nothing to do with having no idea where to even start with coming up with a name for a little fightin' dude like that. It is kind of a cute name, though. And naturally the real pleasure is watching Kazuma interact with it.]

They call her a Glaceon.

[Hey, come to think of it...glacier-named Ice type and psychic fighter guy with lots of spirit...oh, are these creatures attracted to the people they're like? That would make a lot of sense. She didn't miss the Ice/ice connection, obviously (who could), but she didn't stop to consider that might've been intentional as a commentary on something about her.]

So I think it ought to be something to do with snow!

Lessee... [ Hang on, let him put on his thinking face. He figures it's gotta be something pretty in addition to being wintery. After a moment, he ticks off a few suggestions. ] Winter? Frost? Snowfall? ... Freezia?

[ He shrugs. He's probably not the best at this, but he's trying to be helpful. ]

[By which he means he's basically perfect, and she is charmed as she regards her Glaceon thoughtfully.]

[And frankly, the Glaceon really couldn't care less, but luckily its nudge and coo gets interpreted as an affirmative anyway.]
