[So, that would be a no. Sorry Rude, he's unsure what to make of this whole place. And of all people to show up, it had to be a Turk.]

Hmm. Then it's...complicated.

[There's something to be said about being a member of Shinra's shadowy espionage group; there's a sense of camaraderie you tend to feel towards your colleagues, even ex-ones that you've never met. Just knowing that someone once wore the suit puts them in a different light already. Why they left (and are still alive) is a different matter, but Rude's read enough about Vincent's situation to know that Hojo was involved and honestly? He'd take Vincent's side of the story, no questions asked.

They're just really, really distant acquaintances, but Rude feels that the very least he owes Vincent is an explanation of the place. Just to ease the culture shock a little. And Vincent did save Elena and Tseng. That counts for something in Rude's book. With no mission around to prevent him from offering assistance, there's just no real reason why he shouldn't.]

[Yeahhh, he sometimes has swinging moments of love/hate with them. Once a Turk, always a Turk, but he still has tainted memories about his time with them. It's not your fault, though, Rude.]

[So the idea was to catch these animals and keep them around enough to train them? Just thinking about it made him feel like Yuffie would enjoy this world to a sickening degree. She was very good at catching things. Sometimes too good.
