[Just over a week since Naruto's announcement to all of Johto and Kanto that his birthday was coming up, the day had finally arrived.

Not too many people were expected to show up (since he did invite EVERYONE) and they'd managed to rent a function room in one of Goldenrod's restaurants for the day. There's plenty of chairs and tables, food, music playing and room to dance if people so wish, you know regular old party stuff.]

Dunno. I named mine after my bro. He's a swordsmaster and has this thing for blades, it just fit him. [He pauses.] Know anyone like that?

Blades? Not really. [Octopops maybe, he carries all those swords. But Naruto already has plans to name an octopus after him.]
