Who: Everyone at the Dangan House
Where: Dangan House, Goldenrod City
When: Any time from Christmas to Leon's birthday and everything in between! (mark your threads with the date(s)!)
Summary: It's a perpetual party at the Dangan House this holiday season!
Rating: PG-13 for language, let me know if I should add any other warnings! (possible spoilers for DR/SDR2??)
Log:
(This is a log for any interactions between December 24th and January 3rd! Feel free to make your own threads, mingle, and have fun! Mark any spoilers accordingly and let me know if you need me to add any warnings anywhere or if I've missed any tags (which I probably have whoops)! Otherwise, go crazy and have fun!)

[Not that she really considered her truly air-headed...] Oh! Oh! What's your rank? I'm technically 2 dan, so I could provide a handicap... [Before Nanami turns out to be 9 dan, whoops. Doe she even know what you're talking about?]
no subject
[ She does regularly get top scores in those, but she is the SHSL Gamer, so.
That should surprise absolutely no one. ]
In any case, you shouldn't worry about a handicap. A game isn't any fun if people aren't trying, don't you think...? Win or lose, I think that's how it is. If Saionji-san went easy on me, I'd have less fun.
no subject
[A sneer.] Everything's fair in a game like this, isn't it? Even if its intention was to help you, things don't go as planned, and it's stupid to assume they'll always do, like how uneducated pigs consider 'help' and 'handicaps' to be.
But okay! Let's play the normal version first! [Saionji would probably lose- Nanami's got experience too, and, as said, she's fucking SHSL Gamer.]
no subject
[ Was that a comment about the island...? Well, whatever. ]
That sounds nice. ...Do you want a candy cane while we play?
[ Nanami stop giving her sweets you just gave her a ridiculous amount of gummies!
And yes, challenging the SHSL Gamer to a game is welp. Maybe next they should have a dance competition. Three guesses who would win there. ]
no subject
Candy cane? Depends on what kind. [The too-strong peppermint ones that literally set the mouth on fire ew no but she's not gonna dismiss it like most Western sweets, hell it's got its... perks...? Its flavor tends to be too strong for her, though.
DANCE DANCE FEVER ALL CHRISTMAS LONG]
no subject
Um..."Sweetart" flavored...?
[ They're rainbow-coloured and will make your mouth purple, probably. ]
no subject
...Nah. [Instead, she pops open Nanami's presents and starts eating.] Let's start playing! [And there she is, grabbing the pieces with sticky hands.
Fast forward one game later...]
no subject
...Shall we go again?
no subject
And while Saionji was laughing and giggling about how she was winning so easily, Nanami kept a perfect poker face before destroying her completely... what kind of sorcery was this?!]
Wh- you're lying, aren't you?! Someone must have taught you before! I'm pretty sure only professionals can confidently pull off that technique!
no subject
[ ...But it's still a game she's played, which is the problem. It's easiest to beat Nanami at a game she hasn't played, and at that point it'd better not be a video game, because those are her specialty. ]
It just seemed like a good move to make...
no subject
...instant gratification does sound nice.]
W-waaaaah! That's not fair!
no subject
This reminds her of that time she utterly crushed Souda. ]
...Should I have a handicap next time?
no subject
[...
...Actually... what would Big Sis Koizumi say...]
...Teach me. Whatever you already know!
no subject
[ Nanami is nothing if not accommodating and patient when it comes to teaching people about games. She somehow even managed to teach Tsumiki. ]
It'll be fun...
no subject
[Managed to teach Tsumiki? Holy shit, Nanami.
Turns out that when she's focused on something, she can actually learn pretty fast. Too bad, she loses focus halfway through.]
...My head hurts. Let's do something else!
no subject
Sure...what would you like to do? Should we go get snacks or something...?
no subject
[AND SHE DRAGS NANAMI TO GO RAID THE FRIDGE is there even anything good in here]
no subject
[ SHE'S NOT A FAST MOVER USUALLY, but okay.
Well, there do seem to be cupcakes...wonder who those belong to. ]
no subject
Nothing good in here... let's go out and buy sweets! [GET ALL THE DISCOUNT CHRISTMAS SNACKS] It's a Chinese thing, but... I want to eat a sugar painting!
no subject
no subject
Unfortunately, it's all. Well. Christmas stuff.]
Why is everything all that uncultured Western trash?! I want real snacks! [What a great way to celebrate Christmas.]
no subject
...and pikachu-sized. Um. ]
Well, some of it does seem to be a bit much...
no subject
You should've bought white chocolate. [white chocolate isn't even chocolate saionji] If you say so, though, I'll be taking some off your hands now! Teehee...
no subject
I like white chocolate...at least, I think it tastes sweet.
no subject
If made well, it's creamy, melt-in-the-mouth, like real chocolate, but better. Nothing like the chunky, sugary abominations mass-produced in plastic wrappers.
[BEST KIND OF IMPULSE BUY, OBVIOUSLY.]
