Super secret prom meeting...
Who: The Pokémon Guardian Corps
Where: The designated sleeping area at Prom
When: During the daytime festivities
Summary: Riku called a meeting for all PGC members to discuss recent happenings, touch base with one another, and contemplate future measures.
Rating: Probably no worse than PG
[It's tough to resist the urge to explore. To mingle and dance and just soak up the scenery, but Riku knows that if they don't do this now, they might not have another chance for a while. Meetups are tricky with everyone spread across two regions. They'd already missed their first planned meeting date, so prom will just have to suffice.
He'd already left his message and gone through the instructions: sneak out during the dance while nobody's looking. Leave in small groups-- pairs optimal. They are to keep their voices low and avoid suspicion if at all possible.
Riku will be hovering fairly close to the entrance, keeping eyes peeled for known PGC members. He'd rather not have to hunt everyone down, as that would arouse suspicions.
Once enough people arrive, he'll open the floor to discussions. Just remember to keep quiet!]
[ooc: Feel free to threadhop around. This is more or less an open forum for PGC members, and as this is an in-person gathering, I suspect the teams will want to mingle with one another.
You're welcome to create your own individual threads. I will be tossing up a couple subthreads for discussion topics, but don't feel restricted to these by any means! :) This is supposed to be an open space for any PGC interactions you wish to thread.]

Olivine Bombing Follow-up
Okay, so I'd like to think the operation in Olivine was a pretty big success. I wound up deactivating one of the bombs with some help from one of the locals. How'd things turn out for those of you who went? Did any of you bump into "Seth"? The more we know about what happened, the better we can prepare for Team Rocket's next move.
[After all, there's no telling when they'll strike next.]

[And he's not sure how much he should say beyond that. He tried covering his tracks, but...
Walter is a relatively open book. He stops talking there, but clearly has more he could say if prompted.]

[He has no input on the Olivine bombing case as he really wasn't there, but... yeah, he's curious as to any guesses on who it might be.]
Though speaking of Rocket's next moves... I'm a little worried about Dr. Kato's plans. He said he's going to "take to stage" at some point and that he'd love to see a lot of victim's through his... "art".
[He hasn't really mentioned this before, because a lot happened and he hasn't really had a chance... but it's not like Kato's shown any movement since their conversation and Ren doesn't even know where to begin on investigating his case any further.]

New Recruits?
[He looks around, then slides back against a wall. His eyes drift toward the ceiling for a moment, and he fiddles with one of his wristbands.]
If they're here, you can always try and bring them over before the meeting's over. Just be careful. I don't want anyone to catch on if we can help it.

Hey.
[ There's a hand raised in greeting, the eevee chirping in turn. ]
Hope I'm not too late.

[Cecil sits on the ground as he speaks, to gently tickle the Bloober that has come with him.]
We could always list comrades that could be helpful if they were brought to this world. That way they could be recruited even if any of us disappear before that. But as even their arrival is not guaranteed...
[Very long term measures like that don't help much if the short term is not assured, he knows.]

So now he was just leaning against a wall, an unlit cigarette in his mouth. He was eyeing the members of the PGC, trying to understand them without having to talk to them. He had to know what kind of people he would be potentially working with, after all. ]

His gaze eventually lands on Snake, and it lingers for a moment - old guy, big scar, there's definitely some details to be taken in there. He reminds Walter a little bit of Commander Hope, but less...something.
When he notices he's being looked at too, Walter startles a little, freezing then raising a hand in an attempt at a nonchalant greeting. His dog looks up too, yawning.]

[He's looking over everyone as well with an obviously critical look. One hand is rubbing at his arm too, but it's not in a nervous or awkward way. It's more tense, positioned a bit in front of him and with his free hand clenching and relaxing.]
[When he catches Snake's stare, he pauses for a moment while some sort of recognition flickers in his eyes before he jerks up his chin in a 'hey there' gesture.]

Do you have any Poison-type Pokemon with you?
Oh--or bug Pokemon that can make webs? I'm testing a few things and would love to get a few more samples.

Not at the moment. My Poison-types are in the PC right now. [Alas, he can only bring over six Pokemon with him.] What kind of tests?

[Look who's joined the secret party and is walking up to Tenten right now. Kirikou's expression is a bit more serious instead of the playful air he had out in the party proper. Looks like he's been given a basic rundown of what this is all about.]

[Heck, he hasn't heard from one of his own squadmates in months. Riku doesn't expect everyone to show at the meeting, but having to grill one or two members is still a mild inconvenience.]
