Summary: Riku called a meeting for all PGC members to discuss recent happenings, touch base with one another, and contemplate future measures.
Rating: Probably no worse than PG


[It's tough to resist the urge to explore. To mingle and dance and just soak up the scenery, but Riku knows that if they don't do this now, they might not have another chance for a while. Meetups are tricky with everyone spread across two regions. They'd already missed their first planned meeting date, so prom will just have to suffice.

He'd already left his message and gone through the instructions: sneak out during the dance while nobody's looking. Leave in small groups-- pairs optimal. They are to keep their voices low and avoid suspicion if at all possible.

Riku will be hovering fairly close to the entrance, keeping eyes peeled for known PGC members. He'd rather not have to hunt everyone down, as that would arouse suspicions.

Once enough people arrive, he'll open the floor to discussions. Just remember to keep quiet!]

Anyway, how do you think you'll fit in with the rest of us?

If a dude named Sid or a lady named Mira Nygus comes here, check with them for stealth. They're teachers from the DWMA and experts at that sort of thing.

[Who knows if they'll ever appear here, but Kirikou figures it can't hurt to bring it up.]

Right now, since I haven't met anyone, I can't say one hundred percent. But I'm pretty good at being flexible and it seems like you got a pretty good team going on here. Looks like a pretty good mix of skill with Pokemon and skills of our own.

I think we've got a good team. Small, but we're working on it. A smaller group is safer in the end, anyway. We're not building an army.

Arachnophobia. It was run by a real nasty Witch called Arachne- how much has Maka told you about our world?

Not too much. Just about how you guys use living weapons.

Alright, well, there's these real bad ladies called Witches. Basically they're these super powerful chicks who can do magic- usually based on an animal and stuff. For a reaaaal long time, we've been fighting against them because they're bad news.

Arachne was one of those Witches who wanted it big, and when she woke up, she made up Arachnophobia so that she could basically start war against us. They hated the DWMA, right? For a while we couldn't do anything against them because we thought they had this nasty weapon and they threatened to us it against us with every attack.

We... eventually got a tip that they were faking it. [He's starting to frown a little now as he remembers it, jaw tensing as he remembers having to work with Medusa. She was just jerking them around on a leash, and Crona...] We kind of had to work with someone who was basically at the very bottom of the list of people we'd EVER want to work with, but she'd gotten some of her own on the inside and so we were able to go undercover there.

Maka, Death the Kid, Ox, and me were the meisters who went undercover, along with our weapons Soul Eater, the Thompson Sisters, Harvar, and my own Fire and Thunder. We were basically supposed to go in and destroy the systems which were keeping Arachne holed up and safe- my friend Black*Star ended up storming the front gate and keeping them distracted along with his partner Tsubaki.

[She stays quiet while he speaks, alternately flipping the pencil around between her fingers and tapping the eraser end against her lips as she nods, making small sounds of agreement to indicate that she's listening.]

And what was the result? [she prompts as he finishes, quirking an eyebrow and flipping the pencil around again to point the eraser toward him.]
