For a switch around Crocker is actually excited for Christmas this year but that may be due to the fact this year he knows there's something to look forward too. Santa here for one seemed more forgiving as last year Crocker didn't receive a lump of coal from Claus and not to mention has others to spend time with it this year as well.

He figures as much this is as good as any other day to invite some of his close friends over to meet the circus he's been able to call family.


In the meantime, he'll be wrapping gifts, hanging lights and getting the Christmas tree together and the other various decorations.

"Presents," he says quietly, offering a wrapped gift to Crocker. It is heavy and a boxy rectangular shape.

"The decorations are pretty, says Zola."

Crocker just manages to reflex and catches the present and feels his body, somewhat fall downwards onto the floor, "Ow..."

Though he hadn't expected something so quickly, even he had been hoping for gifts this year.

"Thank you." The man gets to his feet with the gift in his hands. As he just seems glad to have received something.

"Why - THANK YOU!"

Crocker seems very pleased with his book and winter attire. Denzel swishes the scarf around his neck and gives Snake a small and awkward pat on the back.

"Glad you think so - FAIRIES!"

There's a moment of pause as Crocker whistles and his Growlithe comes forth with Snake's present between her teeth gently.

"Merry Christmas -"

There is a moment where Crocker is tempted to say 'bother' but stops himself and just begins to tear up with joy.

Snake takes the present, a light blush on his face. When he looks up and sees the tears in Crocker's eyes, he nearly drops his present. He manages to hold on, however, and puts his hands on Denzel's shoulders. "D-did I do something wrong? asks John?"

He wasn't sure what happened, but he didn't mean to make Denzel cry. He was trying to make him happy, not make him cry.
