[ Wherever you are, before long, you'll here a cry of-- ]
H-hawawa?!
[ There's a tiny Buneary who looks terribly frazzled. It follows its trainer's frantic pacing. Said trainer's arms are flailing a tiny bit, and-- yeah, those are rabbit ears if you were wondering. Don't stare, that's not polite. Didn't your mother teach you better? Unless you don't have a mother, in which case, your teachers are seriously lacking in manners classes!!
Regardless, there's a tiny woman (who very much resembles a rabbit) looking rather panicked, almost like whatever predicament she's found herself in has finally hit. Really, she'd been so shocked that she's existing anywhere outside of a computer that she hadn't really... taken in the fact that her students need her and she's not there to help them. ]
Th-the childwen! What will become of the childwen--?!
[ Worst person to ask, go. He greets the question with welcome arms, which may seem rather unusual of him, but the enthusiasm that bleeds through his words is undeniable. ]
Why, I'm glad you asked! The children will be grounded up and used as fuel for my newest nuclear power plant! Much more cost-effective than "going green" or whatever nonsense they're calling it these days.
[ He looks shifty enough to send off warning bells and he's talking about harming children, which CLEARLY MEANS he's an evil villain! ]
You'll pay for your cwimes!
[ Which may or may not have happened? WHATEVER. DETAILS.
And then her magic stick is in her hands and. Huh. How did that happen? WELL. That doesn't matter! Hope he's prepared for the rabbit woman to run in circles around him, because that's happening granted he's not quick enough to escape. ]
[ Oh. Oh, small sweet child, bless your heart. Monomi sniffles and wipes her eyes, peering at her through her fingers. Not having soft, pink, adorable paws is weird. ]
B-but if I'm not there to pwotect them, how will they survive that evil Monokuma--?! It's... it's too tewwible!
[Oh....oh dear. What with all of the strange new people (and creatures besides) around it's always hard to focus on one person or thing for very long, but this woman catches Chihiro's eye without much difficulty. She seems very distressed, which is understandable given the....everything that's happening right now.
He'll eventually try to approach her, his Leavanny following close behind while peering over her trainer's shoulder at the woman. She's very small...just about Chihiro's height, it seems.]
Excuse me...is everything alright?
[Clearly everything...isn't, but maybe he can figure out a way to calm her worries if she'll listen to him.]
What's this?! A face Monomi hadn't expected to see! Immediately, her worries seem to dissipate (for the time being), and she puts her new, human, not-pink hands to her cheeks. ]
[That slips out involuntarily as he stands up a bit straighter, blinking. For a second he thinks that maybe she's confused him for someone else. But something about her words causes him to remember one of his first conversations with Nanami, when he first arrived.
She had told him that Alter Ego was her big brother...and since Alter Ego shares his likeness...
But that...no, that can't be right. Maybe it really is just a misunderstanding. He swallows, nodding slightly.]
I...yes. I have been here for...some time now, actually.
[A woman in a crazy outfit pacing up and down the sidewalk talking to herself in a weird voice? That's exactly the sort of person Yusuke would avoid on a normal day, but since today is decidedly not normal and she's making enough noise to cause him legitimate concern, Yusuke goes against his better judgment and comes loping over to see what's up.
As usual, he is the paragon of sensitivity and tact.]
Whoa, hey, lady! Take it easy. What's your problem?
[...okay,on some level he feels a little bad about causing a reaction like that, but at the same time, it's Gundam, so.]
Yes,you.
[At least he wasn't yelling that time.]
So even the likes of you are not immune to this world's call.
[He's not sure if that's good or bad, but Monomi kept saying she was beating those things and they were disappearing, so even someone who can destroy the Monobeasts is capable of being summoned to Pokemon land apparently.]
[ It's been over a year, but it's impossible not to recognize the voice - even if the last time she'd seen Monomi - Usami - the other girl had looked very different. It's another one of those weird times, Nanami has already realized in her typically sleepy way. The times when things go weird, and she doesn't expect she'll remember more than one or two encounters, losing hours of the day and forgetting about some of the people who pass through.
It's not something that usually bothers her. The mechanics are confusing and fuzzy but she's never minded, content with the half-memories, disjointed visions of conversations and faces familiar and unfamiliar.
If she remembers anything this time, though, Nanami wants to remember this. She focuses on it fully, staring for a while before she approaches, hesitant. If she forgets everything else, she has to hold on to this memory. None of the others can be halfway has important. ]
...Monomi-chan. [ Usami-chan ] A Buneary, huh? That really fits...hey, hey, don't worry about the others too much for now. I think...things will be all right with them. Well, only one of them is here anyway.
[ Nanami shifts her backpack's weight on her shoulders, stepping closer and reaching out one hand towards one of Monomi's. She's trailed, as usual, by a few Pokemon; a sleepy Musharna and a more energetic Rotom and Porygon-Z pair, floating after her. ]
[ And that voice. It's a voice Monomi's been wanting most to hear since she arrived in this odd place. A calm washes over Monomi, and she rushes over, taking her sister's hands. ]
Nanami-chan, you're here too! They've taken us both! [ But if Nanami says things will be alright, Monomi believes her. And, at the very least, she's not completely alone. Tanaka is here, too, of course. It's hard not to notice the guy.
Nanami seems to know a little about this place, though, and the Buneary at Monomi's feet lets out a squeak before peering up expectantly at Nanami. Her trainer likes this person, so clearly, they're good! ]
Yep. [ It's impossible not to smile, tangling her fingers with Monomi's. It takes a second to realize that she should probably explain...well, as much as can be explained. It doesn't seem important to go too in-depth - will she stay? - but she'll put her sister at ease as best she can. ]
Actually, I've been in this place a little while...time is weird here. That is, people can be taken here from any time at their homes...ah, there are even video game characters here! [ Already animated - or smiling, at least - there's true enthusiasm at that. ] Well, it's only fitting since this is "Pokemon"...it's not a bad place. Even though it's one of those weird times.
[ Holding hands works for a little bit, but after a few seconds she tries to let go, if only so she can hug the other girl. Monomi's really truly here, for however long this madness lasts, and for so long the last thing she's had was holding Monomi's hand right before...

Of course I am safe. To assume I would fall prey to creatures such as these is to sell short the demonic bonds I have forged.
[Whatever that means.]
