Summary: The triplets and Ilya take a vacation full of sun, surf, and shopping.

[After a long, emotional moment with Riku and Sora, Kairi decided to grab the girls and take off for a week to cool off. She had managed to find a waterfront cottage at Cerulean Cape and booked it for a nice relaxing week.]

[She snickers, lightly touching Ilya's cheek.]

As long as you want to keep going?

Well now I simply have to, lest someone else convince you they can do this better than me.

[Truth be told, she still has a couple reservations about this whole thing that mostly revolve around the age difference between them Kairi isn't aware of. But her friend's been doing a lot of growing up recently, and it shows. Ilya's nowhere near as concerned about it as she was the last time they did something like this.]

But I really do need to change my shirt. You'd best let me up.

Aw, but you're so comfy. [She feigns a pout, rolling off of her lap and into the bed.

She'll just... wrap herself in your blanket while you change.]

And I'll be just as comfortable on the bed.

[While Kairi's wrapping herself up in Ilya's blankets, she stands up and goes to her bag at the foot of the bed. She pulls out her spare nightshirt and strips off the tear-soaked one, giving it a quick look over. As she expected, it's nothing a quick wash won't fix.

She considers just climbing onto the bed sans shirt, but that might be a little too far, considering she only has her underwear on without it. Chuckling at Kairi's likely reaction to a near-naked Ilya coming towards her, she slips on the spare shirt and turns back to the bed, now wondering what Kairi's reaction to seeing her change right in front of her would be.]

[Kairi watched from the bed as Ilya changed her clothes. At first, she didn't think much of it. She had changed in front of her sisters in the past, and underwear really wasn't that much different from a bathing suit, but after that kiss, she found herself watching Ilya's every move.

She watches silently from the bed, curled in a blanket with a small smile on her face.]

[Ilya couldn't help but smirk a bit when she saw that smile. She climbed onto the bed and crawled over to Kairi, grinning playfully.]

Alright you, move over. I need some of that blanket too.

[paopuprincess]

You took too long, I'm warm and cozy now. [She returns with a devious smirk of her own, tugging the blanket's ends close to her chest.]

We'll see about that.

[She didn't want to do this, Kairi, but you forced her hand. Literally, her hands are now crawling into the blanket to pull it away from her... and to start tickling Kairi along the ribs.]

[TICKLES.

Not the tickles.

Please no.

She squirms, forcing her lips shut in a desperate attempt to prevent her laughter. However, this only lasts a few seconds before she drops the blanket to try and roll away from Ilya's probing fingers.]

[Ilya's not letting her get away that easily, though. She quickly climbs on top of Kairi, straddling her hips to hold her in place and mercilessly wriggling her fingers along her sides, laughing in triumph and just a little bit of schadenfreude.]

Regretting your decisions now?

Y-yes! Yes! Please let me go!

[She whines through her laughter, grabbing Ilya's wrists and trying to push her hands away.]

Very well, I magnanimously accept your surrender.

[She pulls her hands back, then reaches over and turns off the light.]

Of course, I'm keeping you as my prisoner here tonight.

[Kairi gasps for air, trying to catch her breath when the lights go out. Thankfully, the darkness hid her embarrassed expression. She had spent many nights with Ilya's bed, but this felt so different.]

And I thought I'd get to be on top of you. [Not that she's complaining...]

You wish. You ought to know by now I'm the more dominant personality between the two of us.

[Laying down, Ilya shifts over a bit so that the only parts of her that are really still on top of Kairi are her arm and her leg. The rest of her is just lying close to her, cuddled up tightly.]

Even if I ask really nicely?

[She nestled herself into the nape of Ilya's neck.]

No promises. Now rest. You tired yourself out more than you realize today, and we've got a lot ahead of us tomorrow.

I'll still be here when you wake.

[She pecks at Ilya's neck and jaw.]

In a little bit.

Incorrigible.

[But despite a quick nose-poke of disapproval, Ilya returns the affection with a quick peck to Kairi's cheek.]

It's okay if I kiss you some more, right?

[dressofheaven]

Permission granted. But be careful. If you keep doing it too much you might end up not wanting to stop.

[Then again, so might she...]

So?

[She giggles into Ilya's lips.]

[dressofheaven]

Completely incorrigible.

[And then she takes the initiative and kisses Kairi instead, just a little softer than last time.]

Mn...

[She touches Ilya's cheek, sinking back into the bed to let Ilya take control.]

[Ilya keeps the kiss at about that level, affectionate and warm but not too passionate. That earlier rush of emotion had been nice, but she's trying to settle Kairi down, not get her blood pumping again.]

[Kairi holds the kiss for a moment longer, before breaking it off to catch her breath. She lovingly pecks at Ilya's lips and jaw.]

...This is better than tucking me in.
