If we stand as one, there's nothing to fear
Who: Konata, Yayoi and optionally anyone in Yayoi's party (Bokurano cast?)
Where: Between Cherrygrove and Violet
When: Evening, Thursday, June 10
Summary: Konata catches up with Yayoi, and follows up on a promise to teach her how to battle
Rating: R for graphic depictions of gross animal(?) cruelty and abuse. (i.e., a Pokemon "PG")
Log:
The sun had almost completely set when Konata finally caught up with Yayoi's party. She had actually almost passed them outright; it was only Kamikaze, the Pidgey she had sent to scout for rare Pokemon, that alerted her to the other group. Spotting Yayoi, Konata waved and moved in to join the procession.

"But real life can't be like that. In this 'game' we're in, there are a lot of different players. And things may be relatively easy for us, but we're still equal when we compete against each other."

"It's absolutely nothing like that."

Except without the dancing. Or the singing, or the auditions. And with a lot more animals punching each other in the face.
Well, she'd have to work on that part. Still, the competitiveness was enough to get her blood pumping, and that's all that matters. "Uuuu~! Somehow... I'm getting really excited about all this! Maybe I could try becoming the first Pokemon trainer idol!"

And then Yayoi held out one hand. "High-touch~!!"

... but since Yayoi only had the strength of an average thirteen-year-old girl, it was just an EXTREMELY enthusiastic high-five. "Yay!" she chirruped, bouncing back on her heels. "Eheheh... I feel like I could take on the world now!"

... that's going to be an awfully big pile of KO'd wild Pokemon if she goes through with this plan.

Yayoi charges into the tall grass. Her Krabby just kind of stares at her trainer's retreating back before turning to Konata with a 'what the hell have you done' expression on her face.

Thankfully, Yayoi is not eaten by Rattatas this time.
