Hina had come in early from her training on that Wednesday to take a fresh shower and get ready for her little meeting with Lion. She needed to repay him for helping her get set on the journey, after all. It was a huge help to her and Mizuki and well... some chatting over tea couldn't hurt, right?

She walked down the stairs, hoping that Lion would be in the lobby before her. But she was already early enough, so she shouldn't have expected too much.

Yes, but to be honest, I would appreciate it if there was more law enforcement. I heard about the terrible security Johto has.

I agree on that part. I have heard many unsettling things regarding this Team Rocket syndicate, and it's surprising that with them being so notorious there isn't more activity to stop them.

Notorious? It is quite surprising that they're not doing much. Incompetency in the justice system is something I would never feel safe about.

Any kind of trouble, whether big or small is not acceptable. Because either way, it hurts in the long run.

Oh I completely agree, but I don't think that they will settle for being calm and silent forever... Them starting with small things would be better for minimizing the damage.

But with them being a criminal organization and with the police staying so silent regarding them, I fear that the damage will happen anyway.

W-We should do something about that! They use Pokemon, don't they? Then we would have to counter them with our own.

We aren't certain of how strong their pokemon are, so taking a rash action could end up in our pokemon or even ourselves getting hurt or even worse...

I think that organizing a group to counter theirs is a good idea, but it is something that should be carefully planned.

Wouldn't think become a problem in overpopulation in Johto? At this rate, it's bound to be overpopulated.

I hadn't really thought about it... Since everyone is always moving all over the country maybe overpopulation won't be a big problem. And of course there is people being sent back to their worlds from time to time.

Sometimes people just disappear from Johto... If you call them you get no signal, and usually their belongings and pokémon appear close to other people.

Most believe those people have been sent back to their worlds. Some of them come back later, sometimes with no memories of the last time they were in Johto.
