Who: Bakura & Yuugi (& Malik & Crow & ...whoever!)
Where: Goldenrod
When: Late Morning of 2-13
Summary: A ride back to the big city took its own sweet time with the weather (with a side-trip for Poké-getting) and now a happy Yuugi and Bakura are landing at their new home.
Rating: H for HAPPY.
Log:
Look out below!!
[That happy little bellow came from a small man, floating steadily down to the streets of Goldenrod. The warning seems quite out of place, given he and his companion are falling at maybe half a mile an hour, the Drifblim taking its good time in coming in for a landing.
But that's been the order of the day for a few days now, as the weather turned nice and the trainer, breeder duo distracted, and the world turned so interesting. Why rush already worked fliers to get to town when the weather turned nice?
But here they finally are, plopping down right in the middle of town. And Yuugi should be asking where their new house is, or letting his two still-fresh Pokémon out of their Pokéballs.
Instead?]
Amazing...

Amazing...

[He finally remembers to finish his salad, but only picks at it before giving Yuugi his full attention. Tell me all your ideas, friend.]

[And that sounds much better than "these really fluffy sheep". And he'll accept his retreating Senzai with a lap offer- to cover the reaction.]
And I need to get some others, right? I'm supposed to hatch most mine, apparently. But, chicken before the egg...
no subject
[He catches himself for a split-second after that - did he just make a joke? - but this is going too well to worry about.]
Catching a few to start breeding does sound smart. I'll look forward to seeing whatever you bring back!
no subject
Er, that is.
Yuugi just snickered a laugh between shut lips and into his drink straw.]
...I'll do that. [Even if showing off sheep is hilarious in his head.
But, he'll rub his nose now, thanks.]
But, you must have a good team to be a trainer, too! I bet you have some good ones.
no subject
He looks a bit bashful at the mention of his team, however. Having already given away Mawile as his starter while anonymous, best not to mention her...That'd just be so awkward!]
Ah, I've just the two for now: Smoochum, and my starter.
I'd bring him out here, but the manager might not like that....Very fond of him, but he smells a bit.
oh, so amusing to still say two. xD
Well, what do you know- I have two, too! [Hee, that's funny.] But, I bet you can find more, even before you head off. There's two roads from here, right?
[Queue glance for confirmation, from Bakura to Malik.]
I bet there's some nice ones nearby to catch, too! And it can't be too dangerous, since you can turn right back if you need to train more.
no subject
Right, that sounds like a great way to proceed. There's a lot of them out right now, too.
Since - you know.
[He holds up Smoochum's PokéBall.]
I'll be sure to assemble a fantastic team. We can look together, if you'd like!
no subject
-I don't plan to challenge anybody, but I still want my Pokémon to grow strong.
[Hear that, Senzai? No just getting carried about and babied all day. You need some sparring in your diet!]
no subject
I'd be happy to help you train, too, once your Pokémon are a little...older.
[Since, uh. Yeah.
He offers Senzai a cucumber off what's left of his salad.]
Let's make an agreement! We'll check out that route on the same day, and after training and capturing, test our skills!
How about it?
no subject
[He's not sure how much reluctance is age or not... But Senzai's been amazing the last couple days! At this rate he'll be strong in no time!!
So he's feeling confident in answering-!]
You name a time, I'll be there!
no subject
[He even offers Yuugi his hand to shake.]
Knowing you, I'm sure your Pokémon will perform incredibly.
no subject
But he'll recover and take it without a qualm.
Isn't happy influence a happy thing?]Aa. We're going to set up lots of games at Bakura-kun's place, too! So don't feel afraid to come for just fun, too.
no subject
But handshake accomplished, it'll ease off a little.]
Oh, I was planning on it! Pokémon breeding, a gaming center....You're setting up what sounds like a paradise!
no subject
[Speaking of, the game corner requires some long exploration, even if there's been no time yet.]
I'm lucky to get the chance to enjoy it too.
no subject
You are a surprisingly easy guy to get along with. How wonderful.]
You're telling me.....
Should we look around some more? I don't want to rush you.
He's been quiet from eating, surely. ^~~
[He's done, but assuming they don't have to wait too long on Bakura finishing whatever he ordered, he'll be happy to lift his tray.]
The only thing else I know so far though is that department store- just because it's so tall!
Something like that~
Whoops.
Someone want to poke him and bring him back to reality?]]
no subject
[He glances over at their other friend and has to stifle a chuckle. Somehow that seems rather typical Bakura, and is therefore oddly endearing.]
What do you think, Bakura? You're the one with experience here! Tell us all the best places to see!

no subject
[-what, too instant? Fine fine, details with a grin.]
If we're going to live here, we should see anything we might like, and find out!
...but. Whatever you already like's a good starter.
and then malik and yuugi posted the same thing at the same time o.o
Personally, your house tops my list. But that's a given!

[-no it's not.
But it is a destination. So allow Yuugi to lead the barge out of the restaurant. (Bag of a second burger in one hand, agreeing cooing togepi in the other.)]
It's not far, and I better pick up Momo if we're going anywhere long, anyways!
no subject
Thanks a lot, guys. I know you just moved in and all -
But I'm sure I'm still going to love it!
