SUMMARY: Breeder's Con!! Come sell eggs, goods, breed with strange pokemon you never met before, talk about shinies or egg moves, and all that jazz! Just don't mind that the decorations look like they belong at a Valentine's Day party

[ When it came to parties with little purpose such as holidays, Saber found herself often struggling with creativity. Organizing a makeshift "bazaar" however was a thing a king can do and so she did. Not that she was experienced in the matters of the market, but from the stance she took as royalty during her reign, prosperity flourished within Britain so that was reason enough to feel justified in what she was doing. While the Breeding Centre wasn't nearly large enough to host a grand event, there was still enough space with the careful arrangement of tables and chairs to accommodate a larger population than the building was used to. Most of the loose Pokemon were placed away (even the murderous Scyther) and the place was decorated in various shades of red and pink.

Nero was going to love that, wasn't she? Saber thought about adding a touch of blue, but it didn't really seem to fit the theme.

For those who may be a bit more antisocial or have things they wish to trade or sale that were too large to keep indoors, there were a few tables set up in the yard under makeshift coverings from tarp. Not the most attractive job, but Saber isn't going to force people who might be wary of large crowds. Indoors, there's plenty of warm refreshments and a hot chocolate bar. All of the unoccupied rooms of the Breeding Centre have little signs hanging from the door knob just in case anyone wants to give their mons a bit of privacy too. How considerate! ]

[Well, between this and the garden party last night, GLaDOS' life right now is pretty much summed up with "EVERYTHING HAPPENS SO MUCH"; she'd considered standing Obito up entirely, but she had a distinct feeling that that wouldn't end well - the kid was pretty much Chell-levels of determined, which was never a good thing. Though he seemed more prone to hugging her than throwing her into a fire, which was improvement. Sorta.

No, not here. But even if you don't die permanently, somehow I doubt it's more fun here than it was back home.

Actually it was pretty peaceful. After the whole going numb from being half crushed to death anyway.

Rocks. Very very big rocks. I pushed someone out of the way and they landed on me. [He waved at the side closer to her, the right.]

Everything on that side was pretty much crushed. I could even feel the sharp parts of my cheekbone stabbing in on that side along my jaw. Then I insisted that my female teammate pluck out the left eye and give it to my male teammate who had lost one, so I kinda died blind.

[She blinks for a moment at that.

Then she shrugs.]

This is why I'm not into playing hero.

It wasn't really a choice. I just did it, I didn't think about it. He was my teammate, and his being okay was more important than mine was.

Humans are hardwired with at least some sense of self-preservation, though. At least, most of them are. I don't see why you'd be any different.
