SUMMARY: Breeder's Con!! Come sell eggs, goods, breed with strange pokemon you never met before, talk about shinies or egg moves, and all that jazz! Just don't mind that the decorations look like they belong at a Valentine's Day party

[ When it came to parties with little purpose such as holidays, Saber found herself often struggling with creativity. Organizing a makeshift "bazaar" however was a thing a king can do and so she did. Not that she was experienced in the matters of the market, but from the stance she took as royalty during her reign, prosperity flourished within Britain so that was reason enough to feel justified in what she was doing. While the Breeding Centre wasn't nearly large enough to host a grand event, there was still enough space with the careful arrangement of tables and chairs to accommodate a larger population than the building was used to. Most of the loose Pokemon were placed away (even the murderous Scyther) and the place was decorated in various shades of red and pink.
Nero was going to love that, wasn't she? Saber thought about adding a touch of blue, but it didn't really seem to fit the theme.
For those who may be a bit more antisocial or have things they wish to trade or sale that were too large to keep indoors, there were a few tables set up in the yard under makeshift coverings from tarp. Not the most attractive job, but Saber isn't going to force people who might be wary of large crowds. Indoors, there's plenty of warm refreshments and a hot chocolate bar. All of the unoccupied rooms of the Breeding Centre have little signs hanging from the door knob just in case anyone wants to give their mons a bit of privacy too. How considerate! ]

At one table, a Weavile sits with a cup of tea, occasionally flipping through a magazine. A Shiny Charizard lumbers back and forth, scratching her neck, whimpering, though the other Charizard accompanying her seems to quell any anxiety on her part. A Lucario occasionally appears, waving people over to the stand. Otherwise, Riku's overly eager Scizor takes the job, trilling and shrieking and snapping her claws!
Sometimes Riku sends out a Gliscor and Toxicroak-- they are rare species after all, or allows his Zoroark to pull of illusions.
Riku will do his best to greet visitors and share his wares. Just... don't mind if that Weavile tries striking a conversation. He kinda talks.]

He's not really actively selling so much as he is just sort of enjoying the atmosphere of the day, nodding and smiling at passerby and putting his small collection of eggs on display for anyone curious enough to inquire after them. Being here unofficially, he can leave at any time, and his house is just across the yard; a polite and unobtrusive exit won't be difficult.
But for the moment, he'll just sort of soak in the social atmosphere while he can get it. He really should get out more.]

Apollo himself is wandering around and looking at all the different Pokémon and eggs. He's in part of an outfit that a few people might recognize from a certain incident with a Yamask: a black leather motorcycle jacket, khaki army pants with a studded belt, and beat-up combat boots - they're perfectly good clothes, even if the situation that he got them in wasn't the most enjoyable experience in the world. If you happen to be around it during the afternoon or early evening on either day, however... You will find yourself stumbling across a crowd of enthusiastic NPCs, all waving orange, purple and red glowsticks to the beat of a song.
Or to be more specific, to the song of three familiar idols as they preform it live.
After each of these mini-lives the three idols can be found nearby, still dressed in their appropriately colored stage wear! ... despite the fact it's way too cold for it. IDOL ENDURANCE. It helps they have some useful fire types nearby to keep them warm.
As for what they are doing after each performance, they are doing double promotion of both the Breeding Center and of themselves! Selling CD singles of the song they have been performing, along with encouraging customers to make purchases from the Center. Are you a bad enough dude to approach these idols?]

If you're looking for some downtime in between all the egg selling and buying, you can find the butler with a rather nicely sized booth with a row of games set up!There is a small fake gun that has sticky darts in it which you can fire at some moving Charizards, the generic as can be ring toss with a series of Digletts for you to aim at, and a pile of baseballs you can chuck at worryingly sturdy looking stack of Sudowoodo carvings.
The butler himself is wearing a oversized black top hat and is wielding a large folding fan as he slams it against the counter at the front of the booth. Putting on his best promotional service voice as he does.*
Step right up, step right up~! Try your luck and win a toy for that newborn 'mon you're going to have, or simply one for that favorite of yours you want to pamper!
