Summary: Tenten ~~turned the Ponyta around~~ after much finagling and managing of friends/resources got the Fly HM and is swooping into Violet City to nab her ~~other big brother~~/~~friend~~ person she knows, 17. Before he's dino-bait. :|

No, seriously. All this time to ride from Violet to Olivine, only to find that Lightning had the HM the whole time, and then Joonhee sending Yoonjae... Either way, she was giving the borrowed Xatu a rest, instead coming in low over Violet on Jinwu the Murkrow in an attempt at stealth. Hair back in a ponytail, forehead protector nowhere to be seen, she landed in a deserted street, taking note of the address before grabbing her 'gear to text 17 and let him know just what intersection she was at. If he didn't come meet her, she'd start banging down doors. The gist of the message, once she'd transmitted it over filter?

"You'd better." Hey, not all girls are hostile! ~~Just Tenten.~~

"Ecruteak? Maybe another two more hours by flight. It won't take too long, then I'll be teleporting to another city entirely."

His eyebrow arches at that last part. "Teleporting?"

"Mm. Nii-san lent me his Xatu. They have a move that lets them teleport to the last PokéCenter they were, so I'll head back there."

He'll have to keep that move in mind for later. "How disappointing, I was starting to enjoy this night party."

She huffed quietly through her nose and just cast a sideways glance at him. "Next time you miss me, just give me a call. Don't pull another stunt like this, okay?"

"Forgot to laugh," he huffed as well. "How many times you plan to ask me that?"

"Until I'm sure you won't do it again." She just shook her head and clung to Jinwu's feathers again.

"Honestly..." He's not going to repeat himself again. She's worst than 18, so why does he feel some guilt? He isn't sure how to react to this or how to take it in that matter. He couldn't look at her again. "We got one more hour to kill. Let's talk about something else."

"...Mm." She closed her eyes for just a moment before forcing them open again, knowing if she closed them too long, she was just going to fall asleep right atop her bird.

She'd wait for him to bring something up though, if he was so determined.

Just one glance towards her and already she was falling asleep. Suppose falling asleep on a bird wasn't an option for her. 17 glances forward trying not to light his sigh escape. "Anyway..." He begins and pauses for a moment. What is there to talk about? "You know I'm actually a couple months old?" Stupid topic but oh well.

That gets her attention, gaze turning toward him as she blinks. "What?"

"It can't be that surprising," 17 just grinned. Granted he was human, but that human died a long time ago when his memory were erased. "Think it of as a doll that was just made."

"That's..." She frowned, giving him another look, this one edging closer to sympathetic. "I had no idea."

"It's no surprise," he spoke bluntly. Sure, he was described a puppet with no strings but that thought alone didn't brought him down. "Come on, it was suppose to be amusing."

"You're really bad at jokes today, then," she tossed as an attempt at humor, sighing lightly. "What did you even do at home?"

"My world?" He had to question it first. He didn't had a home to begin with. "I traveled with my sister and 16," which was true. Even androids and cyborgs need a purpose besides listening to orders. "Before that, my sis and lived with that old geezer with no choice. Luckily, that was taken care of." He grinned lightly as he said that.

"Yeah." She glanced sideways at him, head tilted in curiosity. It was easier to just listen to him instead of thinking about everything that was going on. "What do you mean, taken care of? You don't mean you killed him?"

"I did," he didn't hesitate his answer.

"Did he deserve it?"

"He did. He was going to shut down my sister and me if we didn't obey him."

"So it was to defend yourself and your sister...?" Another glance, then a nod and a tired shrug. "Then you did the right thing, I think."

"If you want to put it that way," 17 shrugged. "We got tired of listening to him. Hmm? He paused as he saw one town coming up.

Was that it? She peered down, urging Jinwu a little lower and whistling to let Feng know to follow. "I'm glad you guys got out okay."

It was too bad other people had different opinions about that. 17 side glanced her after that response and looked back down. He hung on tight as Feng followed. Finally, it looked like they found civilization.

If you asked Tenten, those other people were stupid. She guided Jinwu down, jumping off rather than try to land atop him, and glance toward the (former) android. "You'll be safe here. Just don't be stupid, okay?"
