Catch-all party post for Tenten! She's got so much money these days that she just rented the closest thing to an onsen-and-ryokan she could find. I'll be throwing up different areas and turning comments off, so feel free to thread amongst yourselves. It's a party post, you guys know how to do the thing. Also feel free to assume that Tenten would have made arrangements around March 3rd, and worked to try to get flyers to Fly people in if necessary.

ALSO IT'S GOING TO END UP THUNDERSTORMING (thanks, weather); everyone is invited to sleep over. There will be a thread for inside shenanigans, too.

Anyway, that'd be a karaoke machine. People use it to sing.

After hiking through that cave, it's gotta make up for at least some of the trouble, right?

It's basically fixing all the trouble I had in that cave through good old fashioned hot water.

[She stretches, groaning a bit as her back arches and a bit of tension gets released.]

I'm going to stay in here until I cook.

[ SHUT UP, NARUTO, SOME OF US ARE TRYING TO SLEEP HERE. ]

[ Guess who will be making sure that the boys don't slip in a little too close to the girls tonight? ]

What a good day. I haven't been this tired before in Johto, Tenten.

[ Sakura's in her own bathing suit (surprisingly pink and white), but sitting with her are a couple of eggs. What better way to help them grow than to give them a nice hot dunk in the hot spring?

She'd bring in a water Pokemon, but the one she has is kind of a Big Pervert so he's locked away in the PC. ]

[ Oh hey, she recognizes him. Approaching him with a friendly wave, she'll try to get in the way of anyone who might make an attempt to drag him off. ]

Hey there, we spoke before about the weird circumstances of this place.

How are you holding up?

[punches]

[ Every so often, Sakura will clap in order to encourage him to sing some more. The machine needs enthusiastic people to convince others to give it a shot and the more people who sing that aren't Sakura, the better. ]

What was that song about, Naruto?

That means I've done something right.

[Tenten's not quite tired yet, just sitting atop her futon as she stretches back and glances toward the ceiling with a soft, pleased smile.]

I'm really glad you came.

I like forks since they're better weapons in a pinch, but chopsticks are just easier to use.

[Says the girl who's been using chopsticks for almost everything all the time. She's just going to reach across with both hands to reposition the chopsticks in his hands, shifting his fingers up higher.]

Applejack, no!

[No no no! Tenten swoops in and grabs the other girl's wrist before she can impale that poor piece of raw meat.]

Just pick it up and put it on the grill to cook!

[She's just stepped outside for a quick breath of fresh air when she hears Ren's voice. Her hair is still down in its pigtails from when she was in the springs, but it seems like he'd recognized her easily enough.]

Ren! You made it!

[And she's beaming, because this just easily became the best birthday ever.]

[There he is! Tenten's on her way to greet him when a Marill pops up between them both, squirting a friendly stream of bubbles in his face. Hello hello!!]

[She huffs.]

What d'you think I'm tryin' t'do?

[He smiles.]

We just happened to be here when you said the party would be held in this city. Though even if it wouldn't have been, I would have tried to come anyway.

[Though this way, it was 100% sure he could come. At least for some time.]

Yeah? Well, either way, I'm glad you're here.

[She wavers a moment on her feet, then darts in to wrap him in a tight hug.]

I'm glad you're safe.

Ruin it!

[she answers with a laugh. Just. Just stop. Tenten plucks the chopsticks out of her hand and slides onto a cushion next to the other girl, deftly picking up a piece of meat with it and dropping it onto the grill to sizzle.]

You hold them like this, see?

[And she taps the ends of the chopsticks together.]

[She does her best to try and imitate her, but fumbles quickly.]

[Awww, the hug is very welcomed and he does return it as tightly. He really has missed her. It's been such a long time since the last time they met.]

Hehe, well to be honest it's been pretty calm after that. [Perhaps a little too calm? Maybe.] Sorry for causing you worry.

[AJ lowers herself into the water, draping an arm across Twilight's shoulders.]

I've never been so thankful for warm water.

[Ten-chan being Tenten the Marill, that is. The girl version grabs the little Pokémon and hoists her out of the water before she can do it again.]

Sorry about that, it's how she says hello. [And then she notices his flush with a little concern.] Hey, are you okay? Have you been in the water too long?

[Ten-chan squirts another stream of bubbles at him as soon as Tenten puts her back in the water, giving the Feraligatr a suspicious look as she moves in closer and grabs both his hands.]

What're you doing?

Good. I'd rather it be calm.

[She lingers there for a moment before drawing back and clasping her hands behind her back.]

I know you're smart enough to keep your head down, though. You'll be alright.
