Summary: The triplets and Ilya take a vacation full of sun, surf, and shopping.

[After a long, emotional moment with Riku and Sora, Kairi decided to grab the girls and take off for a week to cool off. She had managed to find a waterfront cottage at Cerulean Cape and booked it for a nice relaxing week.]

[Soon enough Ilya finds herself holding Kairi close, pulling her into her lap to settle as the kiss gets a lot deeper than she'd planned. She's so focused on it that she doesn't even realize how far it's gone until they finally have to break apart for air, and her usually eloquent mind fails her.]

Woah...

[Kairi takes a deep breath, a hand on her chest as she sprawls herself across Ilya's lap. Having Ilya here with her made her feel so much more at ease. She could forget about what a jerk she was to her friends and just focus on the two of them being together. Maybe this was exactly what she needed.]

I'm getting better, huh?

[It takes a moment for Ilya to respond, during which she just strokes Kairi's back and face with a stunned expression. Then her lips quirk up in a grin.]

Had I known you were so eager to show off your prowess to me, I'd have given you a chance earlier.

I didn't know you needed to let me kiss you. I think I was doing just fine without asking.

[She giggles in her friend's lap.]

True, but there are ways to make it more inviting. For example, when someone is sitting close to you, looking into your eyes...

[She stares deep into Kairi's laughing eyes as she says that.]

When you're already feeling emotional and you need to feel close to someone, well... I'd say that's an ideal situation.

[Her hand slides down Kairi's face and cups her chin, and she smirks as she leans in close, lips almost touching Kairi's but not quite.]

[Kairi's heart races when Ilya cups her chin. Her eyes lock with hers. She finds herself instinctively trying to lean into making their lips touch.]

[Well that answers Ilya's question quite nicely, though of course as it was rhetorical it didn't really need to be answered. Regardless, she captures Kairi's lips with her own, this time covering her whole mouth and pushing into her a little bit. Ilya's not really thinking about the implications right now, she's just going with the flow.]

[Kairi drapes her arms around Ilya's shoulders, pushing what feels like her whole body into the girl's lips. Right now, this was everything she wanted.

She lets out a small gasp into her friend's mouth.]

[The kiss breaks again as Ilya takes a breath, but only for a moment. Again their lips push together, and the arm Ilya has wrapped around Kairi's back pulls her in close until their bodies are flush with each other from the stomach up. She has no words for this, which is fine really since neither of them can even try to talk in the middle of this kiss.

Curiosity setting in as to how far Kairi's willing to go, Ilya's tongue slips out to run over her friend's lips.]

[Kairi's eye opens when she feels the tongue go across her lips. She wasn't expecting it. She had never even used her tongue to kiss before. But, if Ilya wanted to try it, she wouldn't back away.

Unsure of what to do, she meekly pushes her tongue through her lips and pokes at Ilya's.]

[Ilya felt Kairi tense up a bit and immediately wondered if she'd gone too far. Though she quickly relaxed, Ilya was still a bit worried, and she slid her tongue against Kairi's very, very carefully for a couple moments before finally breaking the kiss once more to gasp for breath she didn't realize she'd been holding.]

Was that a bit much?

I've never done that before. Feels kinda weird, but... nice.

[Her eyes are still glued to hers.]

I've never done this before either. Looks like we both have some learning to do.

[She slides the hand on Kairi's chin up a bit to stroke her hair.]

But this... this goes a bit beyond friendly, I think.

[Oh man, her hair. She's starting to enjoy having people play with her hair. It feels so nice.]

It's not? Seems pretty friendly to me.

[She wouldn't want to do this with someone she hated.]

[She can't help but chuckle a bit at that.]

Are you saying you'd do this with all your friends, Kairi?

Maybe the cute ones.

[She snickers, lightly touching Ilya's cheek.]

As long as you want to keep going?

Well now I simply have to, lest someone else convince you they can do this better than me.

[Truth be told, she still has a couple reservations about this whole thing that mostly revolve around the age difference between them Kairi isn't aware of. But her friend's been doing a lot of growing up recently, and it shows. Ilya's nowhere near as concerned about it as she was the last time they did something like this.]

But I really do need to change my shirt. You'd best let me up.

Aw, but you're so comfy. [She feigns a pout, rolling off of her lap and into the bed.

She'll just... wrap herself in your blanket while you change.]

And I'll be just as comfortable on the bed.

[While Kairi's wrapping herself up in Ilya's blankets, she stands up and goes to her bag at the foot of the bed. She pulls out her spare nightshirt and strips off the tear-soaked one, giving it a quick look over. As she expected, it's nothing a quick wash won't fix.

She considers just climbing onto the bed sans shirt, but that might be a little too far, considering she only has her underwear on without it. Chuckling at Kairi's likely reaction to a near-naked Ilya coming towards her, she slips on the spare shirt and turns back to the bed, now wondering what Kairi's reaction to seeing her change right in front of her would be.]

[Kairi watched from the bed as Ilya changed her clothes. At first, she didn't think much of it. She had changed in front of her sisters in the past, and underwear really wasn't that much different from a bathing suit, but after that kiss, she found herself watching Ilya's every move.

She watches silently from the bed, curled in a blanket with a small smile on her face.]

[Ilya couldn't help but smirk a bit when she saw that smile. She climbed onto the bed and crawled over to Kairi, grinning playfully.]

Alright you, move over. I need some of that blanket too.

You took too long, I'm warm and cozy now. [She returns with a devious smirk of her own, tugging the blanket's ends close to her chest.]

We'll see about that.

[She didn't want to do this, Kairi, but you forced her hand. Literally, her hands are now crawling into the blanket to pull it away from her... and to start tickling Kairi along the ribs.]

[TICKLES.

Not the tickles.

Please no.

She squirms, forcing her lips shut in a desperate attempt to prevent her laughter. However, this only lasts a few seconds before she drops the blanket to try and roll away from Ilya's probing fingers.]

[Ilya's not letting her get away that easily, though. She quickly climbs on top of Kairi, straddling her hips to hold her in place and mercilessly wriggling her fingers along her sides, laughing in triumph and just a little bit of schadenfreude.]
