log. +goldenrod, Rise and Fuji
Who:
reimprovise and
restardom
Where: Goldenrod, outside the inn on a bench
When: In the lazy, lazy afternoon
Summary: Because voice lessons have to happen.
Rating: ... PG?
[This would be a Fuji, commandeering this bench, music sheets in hand. He's flipping through them with a look of contemplation on his face, absently unscrewing the lid on the canister of coffee that he brought along with him. Now-a-days, it's a little rare to see him about without being engaged in an argument or doing something questionable with food and whatnot, and he knows this too -- which is why he looks like he's enjoying this little bit of time off from full-time weirdness.
It's piano music, marked in black and white. There's also a Froslass hanging over his shoulder, breath misty in the warm, afternoon air. As the afternoon wears on, she starts humming tunelessly, and he chuckles, pointing out notes to her in low tones.
It's just a very lazy afternoon.]

THIS IS A PLACEHOLDER /weeps
... Wow, I didn't think I'd see you with sheet music.
/holds!
Neither did I, until I popped into the music store. [Flipping through these!] Ah, it's been ages.
/clings!
Do you play an instrument or something?
/snugs!
Piano, or I used to. I'm a little surprised the notes still make sense, really -- I've been out of practice for so long.
Re: /snugs!
Well, sight-reading's a little like bike-riding. You can't really forget it.

Mm, everything can be forgotten at some time or another. But it's true that some things take longer than others.

I guess this is one of them. Even I can read this.

Rise -- and I don't mean to shatter your beautiful view of the world or anything like that -- not everyone can sing like an idol.

And besides, you weren't that bad at singing.
