It's a day full of fun, friends, and festivities! The NO FOOLIN' Benefit Concert has been set, the microphones tested and on stage, the sound running smoothly, weather cooperative. Food stations are everywhere, ready to feed and rehydrate everyone who's in the area, and the musicians have been given free reign to everywhere.

Throughout the day, live footage will be broadcasted on TV Channel 14, and video and CD recordings will be available for purchase at the end.

So swing your Gear at a donation station and enjoy the concert!

Before the Concert

[Masato's getting his nerves out of the way the only way he really knows how - being at the piano. The staff is still in the middle of mic checking, but the piano hasn't been wheeled on stage yet, so he has a bit of time.

Eyes closed, he lets his fingers drift over the keys in a quick rendition of his song for later. It wasn't going to be played nearly as fast, but he's just assuring himself that he knows each key. Which he does, and shouldn't be worried over. But it has him sighing deeply anyway once he finishes, pulling his fingers away from the ivory keys to rest in his lap for a moment.

He's never done a live concert before. This... will be interesting.]

[Haruka caught the tail end of the piano performance and clapped when it was over.]

It's been a long time since I've heard Hijirikawa's piano.

Before the Concert

Scenario #1: At the House of Minnie

[Ren was making his last adjustments to his outfit in the House. The change from Ren to Renji was simple, yet effective. He had casual clothes and his hair was under with a stylish cap. He had also covered his eyes with sunglasses that were a part of the outfit and not to be taken off.

There wasn't anything flashy in his style, so he wouldn't be attracting any unnecessary attention. He would also act more modest and not flirt with ladies. Things would go alright, wouldn't they?]

Scenario #2: Backstage

[Ren wasn't really nervous about performing in a live concert. He had done so before already, so he was quite prepared for it. What he was nervous about was the fact that he didn't know whether the disguise would work or not.

While being careful not to show any nervousness, he was standing in a corner of the room, going over the lyrics of his duet with Utau. It was just hard to concentrate because of the "what if" thoughts in his mind.

No. He needed to be confident in his disguise. This had to work. There was no room for failure here.]

[Someone's gone all-out with her attempts to disguise herself, too. Hard to believe that after being supposedly wanted that it all goes away just like that, right? No forehead protector, though, just a band of cloth around her forehead instead.]

At the Concert

[WELL, LOOK WHO SHOWED UP TO ENJOY THE MUSIC.

Granted, it may only be a brief stay, considering Amphy and her other responsibilities, but gosh, it'd be downright rude if everyone went to all this work on behalf of her Ampharos and she didn't at least turn up in person to thank everyone.]

Before the Concert

[Running around the last hour or so making sure everything was working out sure was tiring. And really fun! She was very excited and nervous and happy all sorts of other emotions. She'd have to thank everyone again at the end of the show.

Taking a breather, Haruka was sat at a chair when one of the crew members pulled her up onto the stage to help with sound check. When everything checked out, they had her do a few more mic checks, just to make sure. Unfortunately one of the mics wasn't working and no one was sure why. The volume was up and it was charged...

Sighing, the key grip asked Haruka to just... talk or sing or make sounds for a short time while they tried to figure things out.

At first Haruka just started counting but that was boring. Besides, this was a perfect chance to sing the most recent song she's been working on. She didn't really know what she was going to do with this particular song, but she enjoyed it.

Halfway through the song, the mic was working once again and Haruka stopped abruptly. She smiled and waved at the key grip. She checked a few more mics and then was on her merry way backstage.]

[Don't mind Ren finding a quieter, more private place to hug Haruka. While this would be normal with "cousins", he still feels like it's not safe enough to be too close in the public eye.

Though he's not hugging her too long, because he fears she might be uneasy... but he's staying close to her still.]

Before the Concert

[Amu quickly made her way to the nearest donation center a good hour before the concert was set to start. Excitedly, she put in the donation amount and then made her way to an area to sit down and wait. Her Togepi chirped loudly, clearly excited as well.

Taking out her gear after a few minutes, Amu started playing a game with her Togepi to pass the time.]

During the Concert

[Haruka along with Mitsuki will be MCing the show, introducing acts and keeping track of the set list. Of course, Haruka will be MCing by herself when it's Mitsuki's turn for her performances.

During intermissions she'll be running around, helping out however she can. Feel free to use her to get some water or that one piece of your outfit you forgot on the table in the hallway.]

[Ren was trying to avoid the people he knew, so instead of being in the backstage all of the time, he found himself sitting in the crowds. He was well disguised and he was easily lost in the crowd anyway. There really wasn't anything to worry about.

Besides, he was able to notice a familiar looking girl he hadn't really met for real before - but will Amu recgonize this fine gentleman who has his hair hidden under a stylish cap and sunglasses to cover his eyes?]

[Right after the big group song, Haruka runs onstage and smiling and gives a speech:]

Thank you everyone for coming out here and helping us raise money for Amphy! And thank you Miss Jasmine for all your help! Most of all, thank you everyone who volunteered to help out. Pre-Concert, During the Concert (Natsuki)

Scenario #1: Pre-Concert

[ Natsuki can be found backstage talking to the staff and the band. He was really unlike the usual Natsuki and he actually looked serious while he was talking to the band. He had given them sheets of his music and was telling them about their entrances and solos in the song he was going to perform.

The band answered with the occasional smiles and nods. It seems they liked the compositions made by the genius composer. ]

Scenario #2: During the Concert

[ Natsuki steps on stage with a bright and energetic smile on his face. It was easy to see and feel his excitement by just looking at him. He was grateful and happy to be on a stage again. It had certainly been a while.

He then nodded to the band and signaled for them to begin. The song began with the sound of soft and melancholic violin playing. Suddenly, the tempo began to build up and then --- a powerful melody began to play. It was easy to believe that this was a composition from a genius composer. ]

[ When he sees Haruka in the crowd, he smiles and reaches a hand towards her. Without words telling her that he sang and wrote this song for her while he thought of her.

Scenario #3: Post-Southern Crosses Waltz

[ Natsuki ended his song and then began waving to the crowd as he walked to the back of the stage to get the stage ready for the next performer and also to get ready for his next performance with Sho later.

Unfortunately, since he wasn't looking at where he was going, Natsuki tripped on one of the speakers. He managed to right himself quickly, but the bad news was that his glasses went flying to the ground.

And thus ---- begins the appearance of Satsuki. ]

During Concert (Satsuki)

[ One of the band members, ran to see if he was alright. Natsuki slapped his hand away. It was very out of character of him do that, so it surprised the band members. They asked if he was alright and if he needed help going backstage, he ignored them.

A few seconds later, instead of walking towards the backstage he walked back on stage. When he looked up to show his face, it was almost like looking at a completely different person. ]

What a quaint little concert.

[ He grabbed the microphone and shouts a title for the band to play. ]

[Haruka happily watched the concert, enjoying herself. It was really a treat to hear so many different talents sing right in front of her. And it was certainly an exciting day when she'd be able to hear her four friends sing. So when Natsuki started to sing his song, Haruka's smile grew. She'd known that he was considered a genius when it came to his compositions and this song certainly showed it.

But then his eyes caught hers and he smiled and...held his hand out towards her. That confused her. Maybe he just needed to know that a friend was there, supporting him? So she grinned and gave a small wave.

The concert was going well. As Haruka noticed Natsuki wave and walk offstage, Haruka checked her clipboard before grabbing a microphone to get ready to announce the next act. And then Natsuki walked back onstage but...oh gosh. Oh no. It was Satsuki. He began his song and Haruka paled. She needed to find Shou, quickly.]

After the concert

[As soon as he gets off stage, Dirk dodges away from Bro and Dave, through the dark and clutter of backstage. He's moving pretty quickly, so anyone who wants to keep track of where he is will be hard-pressed to manage it.

Eventually, he ends up completely outside of the concert arena, leaning up against the wall. In the days, even hours, leading up to the performance, he'd felt fine, he'd been cool and confident because he knew what he could do and he knew that he was a fucking good rapper.

The problem was, the moment he'd gotten on stage, the only thing he could think about was all of those people who were there watching him. And so he'd frozen up so bad that Bro had needed to elbow him hard to get him to start talking again.

His hands are shaking, when he reaches up to adjust his shades, so he shoves them into his pockets instead.]

[Adjusting the straps of her small bag, Amu hummed along with one of the songs from the concert, they were catchy. It was a good thing she decided to buy one of those CDs. It'd be fun to hear things that weren't the normal background music.

And that's when she noticed someone standing off by themselves. Worried, Amu quickly made her way over.]

After the Concert - Evan, Lightning, Obito, Riku, Sasuke, Sora, & Tenten

[The quiet after the concert is something Sasuke really appreciates, although there's something that's had him just slightly on edge since he saw them earlier; Riku and Sora are both in Olivine, and chances are they're going to approach if only to see Lightning - to say nothing about the rest of them. He'd done what he said he would -- He tried again and talked to Lightning, but the feeling at the house was still tense, even if it was less than before. Riku already knew why, but Sora...

And there they are. Coming right their way. Well, he's about to find out what Sora's going to think.]

[If the feeling in the house was tense, out here wasn't much better. Lightning had been on edge and constant guard all night, the concert too loud for Spark to be any sort of a watch-Pikachu, so she'd had to keep an eye on all three ninja-kids on her own. It had gone relatively well, at least, and Sora and Riku were friends. There was no reason to be concerned about them. Not here and now, anyway.

That didn't make her relax any, though, from her position at the rear of the group. The sooner they got back to the house, the better she'd feel about all of this.]

[This was awesome! Not only was it her first time getting to spend time around town since her arrest warrant had expired, there was a concert! She'd never seen something like this before! She'll be running all over the place, trying different foods, listening to music, and taking the chance to talk to anyone and everyone she bumps into, even if she's not so willing to give her real name to strangers today.]

During - Scenario A

[He'd been nervous and restless before the concert. None of that is present now. It's like someone opened a door inside of him and all of his potential poured through. There's nothing but the music and and the voices that should be in it. He doesn't stay stationary, but only moves when he feels he should. It's a lot like managing time to him, every motion is all about instinct and what feels right.

As long as he's up here, there's nothing else.

It's not the Dave Strider people talk to on a day to day basis, not even the one some saw when they fought for their lives. He's alive and confident yet there's always a message in everything he does. Whatever that is only he knows.]

After - Scenario B

[He doesn't run, but once everything comes to a close, he's gone. Dave escapes to some out of the way spot to just breathe. A concert isn't like everyone's lives riding on what he can do but the pressure is crazy. He has no idea how Bro is so unfazed by it.

He pushes his shades up to let the bright lights clear his head. Things had been fine up there. Here, well damn. His knees give and he lets them, sliding down the wall to sit down.] ...how did you do it, Dave.

[Minutes pass by before he uncaps the bottle of water he'd been nursing since the beginning while waiting for his turn to stand up and be heard. The water helps him a settle enough to act like he's just waiting around to go. While that's true, it's not entirely accurate.]

[Tenten's still in her disguise, hands clasped behind her back as she peeks around the corner. After he'd gotten off-stage, she'd thought she'd seen him head this way...]

*Project Clefairy on stage! The three idols raise their mics proudly, waving to the crowd, while portions of them suddenly pull out colored glowsticks, in purple, red and yellow as the music starts to kick into gear. The three nod and smile to each other, before each giving a energetic greeting and calling out to the crowd.

The trio then proceed to sing Shiny Smile. And almost immediately afterward, like true pros, segway right into their next song, The world is all one!! without missing a beat.*

*After their work is done, they'll all be out greeting and talking with fans. A rare thing for them to get to do back in Goldenrod, so they're all taking the opportunity to chat up anyone who attended and expresses interest in talking to the performers.*

After the Concert [Locked to Hijirikawa]

[After spending too much time around people like Hijirikawa, Ren(ji) needed a break. So he excused himself and found himself a nice, empty room to stay in. He needed some time alone before he'd do something that would most likely upset Haruka.

Hijirikawa hadn't really done anything, but somehow he felt like the guy judged him just by looking at him and that annoyed him greatly. That's why it was better to just... keep his distance. Things had gone well tonight so he didn't want to ruin it.]

[It doesn't take long for Masato to hurry after this boy. Their concert had gone smoothly, but there was something odd about just being around him during the concert. Masato would have said he was worried, but like hell he was going to admit actually caring about his old best friend. So once the concert was done and they had a few minutes to themselves, Jinguji seemed to have given them the perfect spot for solitude.

Quickly following, Masato slipped into the empty room right after him, shutting the door.]

During the Concert

[Whenever Ikuto wasn't helping out with his Violin, he was either wandering around the backstage or just generally outside. He could have used this chance to steal some Pokémon and deliver them back to the base, but... somehow it would have felt extra bad to do that in a benefit concert.

So he was mostly relaxing and waiting for his turns to perform. Today was a rare day since most of his Pokémon weren't seen (due to them stealing everything - what would the concert do without their microphones).

Scenario #1: Pre-Concert and Preparation

[ It was nearly showtime. Lacus was busy behind the stage and talking with her pianist. They can be found giggling and laughing in between talking about her concert piece. Lacus could feel the pressure, but at the same time she reminded herself that enjoyment was part of the reason she was doing this concert.

She loved music and she could meet other people who shared the same love. ]

Scenario #2: During Solo Concert

[ Lacus waited for the applause of the previous performer to die down before walking onto the stage.

The pianist was ready and so was Lacus. This was something that she had done many times before, so she didn't look nervous at all. She closed her eyes and listened carefully to her accompaniment, hoping that her audience will find peace in the song's message as she did.

This was no secret, but this was a song that she wrote with Kira in mind. So this had a deep meaning to her. Now that he was here with her, she felt that she could really sing the song the way she felt it should be. ]

Scenario #3: During Duet Concert (w/ Mitsuki Kouyama)

[ The next time Lacus stepped back on stage she was not alone. Mitsuki was with her. Both had pleased smiles on their faces. The song they had chosen was one of Mitsuki, but they had rearranged it into a duet.

It was quite a challenge because of their different ranges, but somehow they managed to make it work somehow.

They each had their own reasons for choosing this song. For Mitsuki, it was: Takuto. For Lacus, it was: Kira. That was why when they introduced their song, they were blushing lightly. ]

Ladies and gentlemen, this is ... Love Chronicle.

[ ...well, that was quite the eventful concert. It was also a little too much for Shou to handle, even after all he did before to ensure his condition would remain well. But now, he's leaning against a wall in a back room, just trying to catch his breath after all the excitement and cool down a little. At least he doesn't seem to be in any danger from the over-excitement. ]

[She'll be non-existent to most people before it, until it's her time on soundcheck. She'll be there, she wouldn't miss it for anything.

After that anyone can meet the cool, calm and collected looking gothic lolita somewhere near the stage - backstage, in front of it, on the side. Or she's getting something to drink, or reading something (lyrics of her songs for today, as if she doesn't remember them - or that duet with Ren, that's what she's mostly looking at.). There's her Espeon walking near her too.

[MCing the show (with Haruka Nanami) is so much fun in this girl's opinion! She's never done anything like this before, she's always either been watching others MCing or having been one of the performers ... which can kind of boring, unless you're in an amazing concert such as this, where waiting for your turn on the backstage, or anywhere else, is fun even when you're not MCing it!

Mitsuki is even more full of life today than she's every day outside this thing. A concert like this is her dream come true, okay? And just being able to move on stage as much or little as she wants to is great.

Needless to say, she's enjoying her day to the fullest. Calling performers to the stage will include their name and some small things about the artist(s), whatever they've shared or wanted to be said here.

And she'll come down from the stage to backstage or the other side with a smile on her face, looking around to check that everyone's doing fine

...Or half-running if she's up next because she wants to make sure that everything's perfect before she gets on the stage to perform songs. So many duets with so many amazing people today, she just loves them all~.]
