The law enforcement isn't the best here.
The only times they catch these guys is when one of them goes 'legit' and spends two weeks in jail.

They take them without a battle.
There was a kid on here almost half a year back who brazenly stole one out of someone's yard.
Taped the whole damn thing and the cops still did nothing.
